About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Great time
The only thing I can say negative can be said at every course pace of play! The course and staff were awesome! People just need to learn a little about pace of play!
Enjoyed the pace
I will recommend your course to friends. We were match with 2 young guys and had fun.
Dubsdread is a special place
Nice course. Lots of history and great food at the clubhouse dining room
Good price point for city course
The course was better than I expected conditions wise. The greens was a good shape overall. It was aninteresting layout with the surrounding streets around it. I would play this course again.
Great surprise to find such a nice course
Wide open fairways in nice condition, as were greens. Layout nice and interesting. Pace of play good. Need to improve sighnage for first timers. Restaurant next door was awsome and
Not to be missed. Need to make appointment for dinner. Pricing for golf very fair, good value.
Dubsdread
Old style track built in the 1920’s. Front nine requires shot placement and course management. Back nine more forgiving. Staff needs to teach groundskeepers how to place pins. Most holes had crowns that deflected the putts. Left a lot of birdies and a few pars on the greens.
Orlando tester
Short and tight off the tee, fair test on a shorter but difficult course. The slow play was probably because it looks short and easy, but it isn’t easy. Some fairways were too dry but conditions were overall good! Enjoyed every hole. Bring a few spare balls.
Quirky short course
Course needs some work. Especially when you’re told what “amazing shape our course is in,” when checking in and you get to 10 and have to play a par 4 from 120 yards out. Tee boxes were beat up. Fairways and rough average. Greens ok, nothing great or special. Nostalgia is the reason we played it, but honestly nothing overly against the course, just not a big fan of tracks that max out at 6100 yards especially when you’re teeing off on 17 and getting hit at from the guys on 18. Not a bad track to work on some things but coming from out of town, just not our type we like to play. Old Florida type golf.
Slow slower and slowest
The pace of pace was horrible. The group in front is so slow. Sonia the one in front. But where’s the ranger? Oh the group in front works here too. You would think they would be more understanding
