About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Great course.
Very crowded but pace of play was excellent. Challenging holes. Will play again.
Poor Management
Tried to get out as a single, pro shop check in in laughed and said they’re booked solid……proceeded to wait outside on putting green to be called, then watched 3 twosomes and one foursome go off the first tee in about a hall hour…..wouldn’t come near the place unless you book a tee time in advance

Nice day on the coarse
The coarse was in good shape considering the record high temperatures and lack of rain in the past weeks. The roughs seemed dry and the grass was little thin. However the greens were in great shape a my group had a great time playing a 4 1/2 hour round
New course for us in Orlando
Tee boxes,fairways and green all in pretty good condition. Herman in pro shop good ambassador for the course. Played as a twosome following 3 , good pace of play just under 4 hrs..
Best course in Orlando
This place, for your money, is the best place to play golf in Orlando. The staff is always friendly and the course is kept in excellent shape. For $50-60, you can’t go wrong!

Consistent
This course is consistently reliable. Only bad thing I can say is it’s difficult to find a tee time at this course because it’s so popular. Course conditions are good and the pace of play was great. The staff is so professional!!! You really feel like you’re checking in at Disney when checking in at this pro shop. And the Tap Room restaurant…BY FAR the best food at ANY golf course. Their burgers got voted best burger once and I see why! Their crab cakes are top notch too. The overall experience at Dubsdread is unforgettable.
Greens were in great shape and staff was extremely friendly. It's a shorter course but I thought it was more difficult than I was expecting. I don't love the driving range because of the mats, but I will be back again for sure!

Conditions were good. Greens firm and fast. Keep it in the tight fairways. It's a good test. Decent value for the area.
