Dubsdread Golf Course

Played today as a part of package and despite playing for the first time in a few months did have a good time. Conditions were good on both fairways and tee boxes. My only issue, and I knew it in advance, was how tight the course is. A few of my tee shots found the OB or water. Would probably visit again, but not as my first round on a trip.

Course was great shape. Good grassy fairways. Not a bare spot on any green. Excellent condition. I’ll definitely play it again.

Conditions were really good but the pace of play was very slow. Greens were very fast. All said it was still a fun round and I will play this course again.

Had problems with cart on front nine not wanting to go but just barely moving for about a minute and then slowly pick up speed. Changed carts after nine holes but on the 15 th hoke cart died. Tried to call clubhouse but nobody answered. Told a passing golfer our problem and he said he would report the problem. Waited over thirty minutes no response. Tried cart again and went forward. Finished round. Never saw anyone coming to our aid. Poor service!

The course was in great shape. The layout was great. It was very windy and it felt like playing Pebble Beach at times. The greens were recently airriated but still rolled pretty true. I didn’t see a cart person selling cold beverages the entire round but we refreshed at the turn so overall it was a positive experience!

Course looked great, greens are fast as all get out, always look forward to avaoiding responsibilities and getting out on this course.

I have played this course several times and I always love it. Herman in the pro shop is always so very nice. Course conditions were good, but hole placement made this round a little more difficult. The greens keeper has a sick sense of humor.

Nice course, playable. Fairways were a little thin, but overall acceptable. Staff were great.

The course is in great shape, it plays not as long as others but will challenge you. Lots of water and angles, figure out the placement and you will be rewarded.

The course was in very good shape. Some maintenance here and there but not in the way. Quite a few forced carries over water so if you are timid about that you won't be too happy here. Greens were in great shape and very fast due to lack of rain and fast drying in the sunny days. I would HIGHLY recommend to the course to update your carts. The one I had had cigarette burns in the seat and the speed kept varying while driving on the cart path (or anywhere for that matter) from as fast as it would go (not very fast at all) to slow to full speed again. I thought about turning it in at the turn but decided to just keep it to finish the round. Just too lazy to move my stuff quickly to keep pace into the back. The other three guys had carts that were much faster than the one I got. But I do love this course (be careful of traffic when crossing the roads) and will be back when I can get a good Hot Deal.

If you enjoy golf don’t go here. Worst run golf course I have ever been to. Seriously don’t waste your time. If you have other choices take them go there.

Leave your Driver in the bag if you want to score low here. Lotsa of Out of bounds shots, and water. It is a beautifully maintained city course relatively short in total yards. Accuracy is imperitive off the T. I cannot figure this track out! Good luck!

I played this course several times before had a great time playing as usual. The tee boxes need fixing all dirt needs TLC and a few other things, overall the course is in pretty decent condition except for whole number 18 is still under construction you need to fix. Hole 18 tee box area has been under construction for over several months. I would recommend playing this course go and have a great time make sure you use enough club on the par 3's across the water...hahahahahaha!

Course conditions were very good. Greens were in excellent shape. Lots of water throughout the course. Challenging but fun.
