River View Golf Course

Solid course with a funky layout, but good conditions. Greens were super soft, but pure.

The condition of fairway grass is excellent. No patches of dirt.

So I didn’t realize I had played this course years ago and now I remember why I had only played it one other time. Firstly the greens were pure and very well kept, fairways decent, bunkers need work and some sand. The layout is nuts and if you don’t hit your shots, prepare for a frustrating day. No room to miss!! Barely went right on a par 3 to steer clear of houses left, and ended up down a 50ft ravine! That being said if you want a challenge for your game it’s not a bad track. If you tend to leak shots right and can’t draw the ball….I’d probably pick a diff course.

Booked this course for $39 from GolfNow, but the course would not honor the GN price. Instead, they charged me the stadnard $49 course fee.

I have been playing Riverview since I was a kid. Great course for the price and great staff.

Played with a second. First nine holes were pretty good and then we hit the turn. The line up on the 10th was ridiculous and in fact, decided to leave and not play the back nine. $39 for 9 holes and not thrilled.

First time playing. Great staff and really great playing partners I was paired with. Lots of variety on holes. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners. Changed in elevations added to challenge and enjoyment. Many holes are at a higher elevation then fairway so be sure no one is on green when you approach & club up as needed. Overall course condition was as expected for summer. Golf cart GPS and notes were helpful.

Good course but would be better if it had a full time Marshall keeping groups on pace.

Driving range needs work, mats were worn out and torn.
