Cypress Lakes Golf Course

Paid to play a round of golf, not to get kicked off the front 9. Course and cart paths was were under water, broken trees and tree branches in the fairways. Debris everywhere. I don’t understand why the open a course, take unsuspecting customers money for course that unplayable. Absolutely horrible. Be honest about the course before you steel from people.

Course was in excellent shape and dry enough to be able to take carts off of the paths. Course has some long holes that paly well, but if the wind is blowing some of them can be really challenging. Fortunately there was little to no wind on Thursday. Our starting time was 12:15 pm and we were able to play all 18 holes finishing at about 4:30 pm.

Been awhile since I played here last and I really appreciated the challenges after playing a variety of courses in between. It’s a course where you can zip through (4 hours for 18) even when it’s nearly full. Fairways and greens all in decent shape, soft sand in bunkers and water in most water hazards. Fairly level except for a few raised greens. Challenges are with my own game and that’s what I need the most.

Course is coming around nicely. Filling the water jugs more than once a day would be nice for the money they charge. Too bad most of the people that play there don't care about littering, manners and fixing their ball marks. Would be nice to see some good balls on the range with better mats. I guess you can't fix ignorance and some people just plain lack course etiquette. Come on people. Don't drive right down the fairways, fix your ball marks and maintain pace of play.

The course is great, I always enjoy walking this course as it’s fairly flat but from the second you walk in and greet the staff(because they ignor you) every time I have ever been here over the years. “Hi! How are you?! If I ever even get a response it’s “what do you need”. Look I work hard all week and enjoy a break of golf on a day off and for the staff to ruin my whole experience every single time I come here it makes me not want to play here. The staff will do absolutely nothing to help accommodate your round or even something as simple as send you out earlier when there is absolutely no one waiting to tee off and the course is Monday mid day slow. Terrible staff makes this place not worth coming back.

This course is a great value.

On hot days this golf course needs to ensure there water containers at every other hole actually have water in them. We went through two bottles of our own water, then tried to refill them at every water station on the back nine, not a drop of water.

No beverage cart service on the back nine as well….

Blue tees 6873 played longer with head winds 2+ clubs. Course in great shape. Mondays start on home #10 tougher than front 9.

This is a fun course, played for the first time and enjoyed it. For the price you really can’t beat it. Good distances on holes and the back seems to play longer and tougher with a bit of head wind. overall a fun course and i’ll definitely be back to play again

Very nice course for the money. It can get very tricky with the wind.
