Clermont National Golf Course

Challenging and by far one of the best layouts in Florida!

They recently almost completely renovated this course. The new grass was coming in nicely on fairways and greens rolled very smoothly. This course might get an award for being the hilliest course in Florida!

Another reason I liked it so much was I scored a 36 on the front nine.I have no idea where that came from. Unfortunately I made up for that on the back nine and finished with an 80. That’s still one of my best scores in the last year or so.

No starter on the 1st hole. The cart staff just told golfers to go to the 1st tee and then just tee off. Almost had a serious disagreement on the 1st tee due to confusion of who goes nest. Poor signage on the course. Greens were in great shape but tee boxes and fairways were in rough shape. Too many blind shots for not having any drawings of any holes. I am a current course range in Michigan. I won't go back to this course.

This has to be one of the better courses you will play in the area. Great layout with very fast smooth greens. A really scenic course too. The range is top notch. You will not be disappointed.

I wont pay outrageous prices to play many courses that claim to be great tracks. Clermont National is a very good track and priced reasonably. Fairways and greens are very nice, junkers good. Some of the rough is a bit patchy and should be improved over time. An enjoyable day can be had at Clermont National.

Loved this course! Staff were friendly. The driving range with Toptracer launch monitors was outstanding. Carts were new. The new fairways were beautiful and the greens were fast and true. You won’t find a lot of courses in Florida with the elevation changes and views this new course has. They’ve done a truly wonderful job with the renovations. They even had live music on the patio! I got a hot deal on GolfNow and it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Really good layout. Course still needs a little maturing but overall I hope they can keep it in good shape. Very worth a play. And pleasantly surprised by the food. You order at a counter then have to go to a separate bar area for drinks but both were worth it.

Got a last minute tee time and was paired with a pair of nice gentlemen who showed me around the course, which consists of 5 sets of tees with undulating fairways and greens that rolled fast and true. The grounds were in good shape which will seem to only get better when the ornamental plants grow in. Pace of play was great with only a slight wait on the tee at #9. Overall a great course and even better facility with the renovation which includes a clubhoise with several food choices, an indoor and outdoor bar, BBQ food truck, top tracer range along with corn hole and b-ball hoops for the kids!

Great variety of holes. Some blind shots that were tough on a first timer. Lots of elevation changes, especially for Florida.

Track man range off mats, making range balls not cheap. Very good quality range balls.

Greens fast and tough to read (for me).

A lot of course maintenance has occurred and continues. I would definitely play there again.

It's been a quite a while since I've played this course, and the renovations are superb. From tee to green, the upgrades were apparent, and the Top Tracer driving range was.a great way to prepare for the round. After years of slow decline and a few years of closure, this course is back and it looks to be getting better by the day with course conditions.

I look forward to my next round there soon.

We arrived at 1005 am for a 1004 tee time (yikes) but all of the staff were more then understanding and accommodating for our group or 2. This course and facility is gorgeous. The staff are among the nicest and accommodating I’ve experienced so far at any course in the central Florida area.

The greens were very well maintained, the golf carts were great, and the pace of the game was very laid back.

Will definitely be back!
