Clermont National Golf Course

Great course with a unique layout from other central Florida courses. Everything is fine besides the greens. Very slow. Didn’t leave a review last since I played it few months ago, thought it was an off day but same thing. Slow greens

This course is so much fun. The layout is fantastic no matter where you are but considering this is Central Florida, it’s unrivaled. Had my longest hole out ever today, 108 yards out for Eagle.

We have a tournament here on January 3. We’re doing a practice round is a very challenging course. So for competitive golf. It’s a great place to come. Very organized.

Very challenging for someone of my skill level, but love the design and appreciate the true dog legged holes where the green isn’t visible from the tee. Fairways & greens in excellent condition.

The greens were in really good shape and fast. I was not ready for the elevation changes and so many blind shots. I was disappointed by the overall condition of the course.

The renovation of the whole facility keeps getting better!

I’m sitting here with everybody that I played with when we came out with some good words, unique, challenging, long if you play it from the tips! Which isn’t a good idea for a guy who’s over 60…😂😂😂😂

Course was in pretty good shape we like the greens.

The Staff are all super nice and friendly!

The restaurant and the driving range are cool but the course itself is a complete dump. Greens are crap with dirt spots and bumpy as a country dirt road. The fairways if you want to call them that are bare with little grass. Looks like the owner ran this place into the ground like he did the Myrtle beach course he owned at one time. It’s sad it only took him 2 yrs to do it this time.

Course should be 60$ max, not 120$, layout was good and that’s about it

I agree with aiming hi. But be realistic and let us play for less than the average course around. $83 dollar hot deal is maybe not worth it. I wish you would perfect greens and tees to charge that much. But otherwise decent!

Rude staff that seem like they hate their lives and everyone that comes to play. Sense of entitlement you would only expect at a private golf course. Course is so overpriced and it’s at best. I mean at best average.

Way overpriced, no food and drinks. Go anywhere else

Brought me back to the north Georgia/ Tennessee golf I played a few months back. Elevation changes are awesome for the Florida area, greens rolled nice, fairways in good condition, tee boxes in good condition. Very much would recommend. Amazing facility also. 10 thumbs up

Course was ok....alot of blind tee shots..not my thing...alot of the green pin locations were on a hill...impossible....the "forward t boxes" for the wife were only 510 yards in front of senor tee boxes....long way for the girls .....

Great concept with track man range and restaurant. The course is in ok shape with unique layout but the pace was horrible. We had afternoon tee time and the advise when arriving they have people that started on the back going in front us so we had to wait 20 min after our tee time to even start. Then not to mention the guys in front us was taking minutes looking for balls. They need a ranger would help a lot.

This is a quality course; teeboxes, fairways,bunkers and greens are in top shape.

All of this was nearly ruined by 6 to 10 inch secondary rough!

If your ball goes in there you can kiss it goodbye. You might say, "well don't hit it in there." Sure, but average golfers tend to find the rough. I wasted over 20 minutes either looking for my ball or my partner's ball.

CUT THE HEAVY ROUGH TO 3 INCHES. THAT IS PENALTY ENOUGH. My buddy and I will be back when you do.

I was looking forward to seeing what had been done since the reopening. I have played this course since it was Diamond Players Club and always loved the layout. I enjoy a difficult course, with tough conditions, but this place is borderline unplayable. The cut heights of the grass is atrocious from tee to green. The tee boxes are 1" deep grass, fairways are the length of most other courses rough; zero roll out. If you miss a fairway by 2 yards you will, likely, never find your ball. Hitting the edge of a green and having it trickle into 10" high gnarly grass is a real treat. Whomever decided on making the bunkers out of builders sand and putting 3x the amount of sand needed was a genius. Impossible to not have a plugged lie that is, at least, 2-3 inches beneath the surface and impossible to advance. I drove 2.5 hours to meet a buddy to play this course out of fond memories. Never again.
