Great course. Nice rolling hills and well maintained. Staff is very friendly.

Nice Donald Ross course (he did Pinehurst #2). Tee to green moderate, around greens very difficult. You hit the green or your in some kind of trouble. Good fun!

I like the course a lot but the course condition is at a low imo. The greens still rolled 80-90% true but you will see the occasional bump that will put it off line and some dead spots in the greens. But they do cut the holes away from the dead areas! Unlike other courses. So if you hit a quality shot you'll have a quality putt.

No need to warm up at this course. From the middle of #2 fairway till then, we waited at every tee box and every shot. At one hole there were two groups ahead of us. One on tee box and another waiting, and us. Saw a twosome of walkers playing two balls. NEVER SAW THE FIRST MARSHALL!!!! For $50 go somewhere else!

I used to play this course a lot when I was younger and I can say I not disappointeded when I came back. I will definitely be coming back.

This was a good course for the money. Only complaint was that the greens did not roll true due to the bumps.

The greens are really bumpy and brown. Fairway condition is average. Whay saved this course for us was the layout and vista. We booked on Golf Now for a special price of $29 each. So it's a good value for us. Today It is not a premium course even though a lot of history attached to it. If they can address the green and fairway, it could be a good course. It has a good bone structure so to speak.

The play was terribly slow on front due to "a club of 10 -12 groups" playing that we were not told about . We had 2 holes played then ran into all these people , I suggest "do Not go there on Thursday !!! The greens had been sanded and fertilized prior , and were rough , we were't told this either . Suggest putting this info out please .

The course is a blast, lots of elevation change and the name fits. The greens were not in the best shape but in sure that was due to all of the play from masters week. I will play it again but I hope the greens roll better.

I love playing tis course it challenge ur game in every way, I live in Augusta so I get to play it a lot, but I don't play it a lot because of the staff, THE WORSE IN AUGUSTA, the are not friendly, they act like they are better than you and u are bothering them. For example I had a tee time 20mins earlier than a friend of mine(who is a member of the course) I ask if I can wait n play with them they said no I had to play at my tee time, which mean I had to play by myself. The course wasn't crowded only 1, foursome play in between our tee time n then nobody after us. It's not the first n I'm sure it's not the last time the staff act careless. They really need a diverse race of people in the office, maybe they will have better custom service skills. I love the golf course, I just have to tune out the people who run it.
