About
Mystery Valley Golf Club encompasses 230 acres of gently rolling land that ranges from dense forests of towering Georgia pines to grassy meadows covered in acres of colorful wildflowers. Mystery Valley is known for both the beautiful scenery on the course itself and the stunning views from the elevated tees. There are two lakes and a pond that dot the course, coming into play on three holes. At just over 6,700 yards, the layout features some long holes but it will also test your short game with strategically placed bunkers around the fast, medium-sized greens. There is an interesting variety of holes including several winding par 5s and the watery and treacherous 15th hole, which is considered one of Atlanta's most challenging par 4s. The more challenging elements of Mystery Valley Golf Club are balanced by the generous, player-friendly fairways.

Great Course
Great course in great condition. It’s pretty open, with water on just 3-4 holes, and not a lot of heavily wooded areas. Good for someone like me that’s still learning to hit it straight.
Like a lot of public courses I play, very limited food options.

Go somewhere else
Not worth $50. Can play a fair amount of places in Atlanta for same price and get better quality. Bunkers are horrible. Need to pick up or blow some leaves. Just really disappointed. This place should have $25-30 price tag. I understand its a county course but...

dysfunctional carts
I have played this course frequently over the years, because it was close to my home. therefore I'm familiar with the cart issues. Its a well maintained public course. Unfortunately the cart maintenance has always been poor. On several occasions are cart malfunctioned causing delays & frankly embracement of our cart stopped in the middle of the fairway waiting on someone in the pro shop to bring out a replacement.. Of course this upsets your tempo & less enjoyment of the round. on 6/16/21 or cart malfunctioned twice in the same round.
Great day of golf
Greens were smooth and rolled well. Pin positions are listed in locations 1, 2 or 3 and are listed on the scorecard. Course has decent elevating changes. Pretty good value for the money.

Great course
My second time playing here and it’s honestly one of the best courses in the Atlanta area. Staff is very friendly, players are friendly too, and the course is in great shape and the perfect amount of challenging

Mystery Valley Golf
15 handicapper and first time at Mystery Valley. Fairways and greens were in very good shape. A few tee boxes could have used some help. A very fair test of golf. I would definitely play again.

Value for your money
We caught a hot deal and the price was great. The pace of play was excellent (11:25 Tee Time), others on the course were courteous and friendly. I love the layout especially hole #10. I’ll be back to play because it’s a good atmosphere.
