Best value in area
Played a lot of courses in the Jax/kingsland area. This one isn’t the nicest with places like Amelia River and Sawgrass in the greater Jax area but for less than $30 you will not find a better value. It is on King’s Bay naval base and is well taken care of, drains well, and has a great routing.
Better Use Of Tax Dollars
Spending less on billion $ weapon systems that make the CEO and investors of military contractors wealthier than they deserve and more on our veterans and enlisted men and their families. That is the mark of a truly great country.
The greens have recently been punched and the greens covered in sand. Could not putt once on the greens. This should have been disclosed prior to the round or on your website.
Good conditions
Course was in better shape than normal. Wish they would trim the right edges of the cart paths. They let the branches grow so much that you have to drive off the edge of the paths and wear out the edge around all the tees. Would make the course look so much better. Overall the course is a great value.

Played this course earlier today! 2.5 handicap (to give an idea of my course knowledge). I loved every single part of this course. Only thing that wasn’t phenomenal was like maybe 2 out of 18 tee boxes. Other than that, this course was PURE. And no I don’t mean tour course pure BUT for a course that only cost my $25 it was wayyyyy too nice. I would genuinely been satisfied with this course had I even paid $70. Great great course.

Nice course for part time players great for kids have a goo program for them staff are very friendly and knowledgeable
Quality military course
Generous fairways make this a relaxing course off the tee. The strategy comes on the approach shots.. the course was in great shape but the only knock is the sloooow greens. Really friendly staff helped make this a great overall experience. Call the course for directions because google maps directs you to a closed gate.

For $18 green fee including cart, can’t beat it! ALL fairways and greens were in amazing shape!!

Military course open to the public offering some of the best value within 30min of Amelia Island, FL.
The course is in very good shape, the staff is friendly, and overall it's the course I want to play week in and week out.
