Nice course. The greens and fairway maintained nicely. The staff was Great. Will most definitely come back.

Course was in great shape- greens were fast and firm. No food service but not a draw back.

Tee boxes and fairways were lacking in grass.. hopefully, the rains will come and green up the place.. My playing partner and I agreed to move the ball in the fairway to a piece of grass if needed. Greens were so-so, some better than others. Cart was electric and was fully charged. No open restaurant or food service, just hot dog and canned drinks at the Pro Shop cash register.. Water was out on the course.

Some odd bounces and the fairways could be in better shape but overall, not bad for the price

The course conditions were very good considering it’s early March. Greens were a bit slow and bumpy. I will definitely become a frequent visitor.

Better than a course I played the week before for twice the money. Pace of play was slow though nobody keeping track of when players start so everyone just went to the first hole when they got ready and made things crowded and slow. Also not many food/drink options. There is a restaurant there but I guess it’s closed. I’ll bring my own drinks and snacks next time but will definitely play again.

Played on a Saturday and expected it to be busy. Had 4 groups on 10 and quit. No ranger

Played here before, staff is great, course is fair and playable, and price is good. This day the weather was a little cool.

Located on the Naval Base in St Mary's, GA. Excellent layout and very friendly staff. Tees and greens are in good shape. Fairways are dormant but plenty of grass. Excellent course for the money.

This was my first time at this course. First impressions from the check in and the staff were great, the cashier was friendly and he gave me instructions on where tee 1 was, but then said that you have to tell the other golfers waiting there your tee time to decide who plays first… things were all downhill from there. I arrive at tee one and there’s three groups in front of us. Two had an 1100 tee time, I had an 1105; a twosome pulled behind us and said they also had an 1105 tee time… so on hole number 1, there was a group of 4 on the green, a group of three (one cart and one walker with a slow motorized cart) and two groups of twosomes waiting to tee off…. So 11 people on one hole. The ENTIRE DAY WAS THIS WAY. This course double books tee times every five minutes! To top it all off, there was an extremely rude foursome with ZERO golf etiquette behind us, to the point where the twosome who had the same tee time as us, asked to join us at hole 2 because the group behind them was being so rowdy. It didn’t make a difference because at each hole we had to sit and wait to tee off, then by the time it was our turn, the foursome was there rushing us, laughing, making comments “really?!” while we were teeing off. Every time we were in the fairway or on the green, the group would hit there balls right at our feet, and didn’t wait for us to clear off. I will NEVER play this course again. The only thing worse than rushed golf or the “hurry up and wait game,” is having no accountability from the staff for the jerks who have no respect or etiquette for others during play. I told one of the staff members about our experience when I returned the cart and he didn’t even respond. Don’t waste your money.

What a wonderful surprise. In February, tees and greens are green! Fairways are dormant, but plenty of grass to hit off of. Really nice layout. Friendly staff. Can't beat it for the money! There are gators in the ponds/lakes.

As always I would recommend this course to a friend the layout is great and the staff is friendly piece of pie can be hectic on a busy day though.
