Trident Lakes Golf Club

Great course for the money. Well kept (even in the winter). Greens were quick, Layout was challenging but not punishing.

Excellent course. Well-maintained. fairways and the greens were excellent. Unlike a lot of courses the traps were, also, well-maintained with excellent white sand.

I live about 45 minutes from the course but it will be in my rotation from now on.

Staff in very courteous but not on the same page concerning prices on items in the pro shop. I was told one of the hats were on sale, I informed the gentleman behind the counter I would buy one when I finished playing only to come back in a bad the hat was $6 higher. That gentleman would not the previous price, although there were othe who also said the hat was priced at the discount.. sounds trivial I know but still. I left.without the hat.

A fairly average course but there is no effort to control the play occurring on the course. There was no starter so players start teeing off whenever they want to and there was no oversight regarding pace of play. A foursome in front of us had two golfers who clearly had never played before and they averaged 20 to 25 minutes for the first two holes before we had to jump ahead of them to avoid playing an eight hour round. At the start of the back nine we invited a single who was behind us to join our group but as soon as he hit his tee shot he took off in his cart so he could play alone in front of us. The course is not a bad layout but we will never go anywhere near it again.

I would recommend this course to anyone that loves to play golf.
