Family friendly, great staff, fun course, greens are in great shape. Love this course!

This is the second playing here, enjoyed both times this last time would have been better if I wasn't playing behind an extremely slow foursome. Wouldn't allow my twosome to play thru. This place have a few holes that will test your golfing skill.

If you like being harassed constantly by a marshal then this course is for you. If you are below the age of 40 then you are the minority and you will be harassed. You have to go there pace not yours. Other players might even cuss you out! Worst experience I ever had

If you are below the age of 40 please don't even try. I got cussed out by a 55 year old man for letting him get ahead of me. The Marshal bugs you every 5 minutes if you are not following every rule. He only enforces the rules on young people and ignores you if you are old. Terrible customer service. You have to play at there pace, not yours. So bad it's beyond words. Never playing golf again. I hate this place with a passion.

Course in great shape just stay in the fairways, the greens are nice except for all the ball marks not being fixed. Sand traps hard but theres been a lot of rain, A nice racking and repair some felt sticking out of the traps. Outside the fairways you need a 4 wheeler pot holes everywhere, a lot of cart wear riding around the greens. For the money well worth it to practice your game but forget about playing it down. you'll have to take at least a couple of drops or foot wedges. some old guys playing slow or 5 somes or sailors that never have seen a course fuel even the best patience. Not in a hurry and like to play a NO rule golf course this is it. bring your family and a picnic and play some golf. you'll have plenty of time to eat between holes. Don't worry there's no rangers or starters 2 groups cut in front of us on 10 so we quit after 12 holes. Maybe check out Windy Harbor or NAS jax you might find it more enjoyable for about the same money.

My wife and I played and it was challenging for me and playable for her. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will return.

This course, particularly for the first-time-at-this-course player, is difficult, with many hidden hazards. Once you become familiar with the course layout, you could return to your average handicap here. It would be helpful if the scorecard showed the course layout, not just the hole layout, as many of the cart paths are not adequately identified (again just a problem for the first-timers). We did enjoy our round here in spite of these setbacks.

Not only are the tees, fairways and greens in great condition, it is an enjoyable area to be with lots of wildlife. My wife likes to accompany me just to photograph the birds and gators.

Absolutely beautiful course. If you have not gone, you are missing out.

Slow greens

Course is wide open - no houses! This course has good greens ( a bit slow ) and fairways are good but for the price it is a terrific value without the Country Club price.

The course is in excellent condition. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes are all well maintatined. The pace was very good for a mid summer Saturday. It's deceptively challenging. The holes start off simple and plain. They get more complicated and scenic allong the way. Very long course so choose the tee boxes wisely. There are plenty to choose from.

Great condition. Green and Fairways are very well maintained. Lacking character in the lay out but a solid track.

We got a great deal on golf now. The course isn't the prettiest to look at but it was in good shape. Tee boxes decent, great fairways, greens were recently aerated and sanded. Everyone was friendly and I enjoy the layout. It may be closer to a 3 or 3.5 but I really like the atmosphere. Great place for someone who wants to play a no frills place where everyone is friendly. My brother is learning to play golf and this is really a perfect place for us to go and play. The pro shop is also very affordable.

Thought the course was excellent, it was a pity that as a 2ball we got stuck behind a 5. ball, we had to wait for a few holes and in the end we past them on the 13th and carried on to the 18th and finished the 13th after.. In all the times we have played in the States, we are from England, have never played behind a 5 ball.before.

This is a very good course for the money. The greens are in good condition although a little slow RollIng. The fairways are in good condition. Peace of play was great.

Trident Lakes is a bargain and as such has some expected drawbacks but it's a great layout for the average $25 greens fee with cart. The greens are lush and the greenest I've seen at this time of year but a little slow. The fairways a little bumpy and sparse. The tee boxes are average. The Pro Shop offers Walmart pricing and lessons from Kevin are even a better value than the greens fee!!

Great course. Has some fun and difficult holes. Would definitely recommend.

The course was well maintained. The fairways and greens were in great shape. The facilites were very clean and the staff was great. I would recommend this to family and friends. Had a great time.

This was an awesome outing for me. I played with 2 friends and enjoyed every minute of the round even when I missed the very short putts. Will be back playing there soon.
