About
The golf course at Fairways Country Club is a short course but it is quite unforgiving. Water hazards come into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes of the course. The greens are small and tight and they are in excellent condition. There are also strategically placed bunkers situated throughout as well for extra challenge. The signature hole of the course is the par-5 5th hole, which has water on both sides of the fairway and it also runs across it 100 yards from the green. The course has three sets of teeboxes to accommodate different abilities and handicaps.

Good value, some nice holes
Play here quite a few times over the past few years. It's a nice friendly course with some good holes. Not particularly long but some testing holes. Staff are always friendly and the course is always in decent condition. It's not an Augusta but it's worth a visit for the money. Only problem is getting through the front gate so ring up first and get the code. Will play there again.
Looks Executive course bcs of par 70 & 5200 yds.
1. No sign boards from the compound after gate entrance. Even GPS shows wrong paths to the pro-shop.
2. It's recommended for seniors to play there at that price due to shorter distance.
Good shape, good value
Course was in good condition. Lots of water, and short for big hitters. Staff was friendly. Gated retirement community. May need to call ahead to get code for gate, we got lucky someone behind us helped us in. No driving range. Two spots to hit into nets. Limited food choices (sodas/hot dogs). Don’t recall any bathrooms on course, but pro shop is at turn so not an issue
Nice golf course to enjoy a round of golf ⛳️
Nice course, well maintained and fun to play. It is well kept, the fairways with decent grass and the greens are immaculately preserved. Will play here again!
Good course
Good course not great greens were slow but smooth. Traps wet and muddy. Played as a twosome with twosome ahead of us who was slow but not stupid slow. Overall nice day will be back
Lots of water hazards but looks challenging lay outs.
Need put more grasses onto bare ground and O.B. stacks.

Poor condition
Course conditions and resident players can make for poor play. We are moving in to a more friendlier course .
Hard access
Course is ok, but getting in is always a problem, since the course is in a gated community.. The call button at the gate doesn’t work ! What to do to get in ? Luckily a good samaritan let me in !
This problem was a long standing problem, I played this course last year and guess what? Absolutely the gate call button was on the fritz.
Anyway once in the course is ok for the money.
A rough outing
The course had no bearing on my bad play, LOL. The weather was perfect, the staff let us go earlier than our tee time.. we hit balls at the net (no charge), practiced putting, then played. Some of the tee boxes and greens were not in the best of shape, but did not interfere with play. Overall, nice day of golf and will play there again.
