Golfer Reviews
Course was in good condition. Green were rolling solid and were true. Bunkers are definitely one of the fallbacks of the course, but they are still playable. Some really well designed and fun holes. Would definitely play again, especially for the price!
Burning Ridge golf course in Conway SC
Played the course on July 16, 226. Layout is good, staff were helpful and friendly, course conditions were mediocre. Tee boxes not great, sand traps need serious attention. Price discount via golf now made it worthwhile $$ wise.

This is a very nice course. I would definitely recommend and play again. Challenged but fun to play. Little dry due to semi-drought conditions but that’s everywhere right now. First time here for me.

Tell Jean, but a fun course to play. Piece of play was quick. Facility has a nice clubhouse and friendly staff. I would recommend this golf course.
Great course to play
The staff was very friendly, the course was in good shape considering we’ve been in a drought. Nice layout. I will definitely be playing this course again. I will be recommending this course to all my friends. and again, I can’t say enough about the staff they were awesome.
Too many bunkers
There were so many bunkers it became almost impossible to avoid them on most holes
Total Waste of Money
Round was a disaster. After making good, but leisurely pace on the front, the back nine jammed up with various 9H singles and twosomes the course stuffed out in front. I was forced to cut from 13 to 17 to avoid stacking. Course conditions were marginal and greens seem to be shrinking more and more. I will not be coming back
Good course but needs some TLC
Overall it was a good experience but on high end of price for conditions. It is very late April and not much rain this spring but there was basically no rough, grass was dormant, dead, or bare. Fairways were ok condition, and greens were consistent, but some had some bare patches. The sand traps are not tended and like paste, as noted no rain so no excuse as to not be tended.
Nice course
Course was in nice shape and price was worth it. The only thing I didn't like was being told to go off the back and then turning behind a slow foursome that was just starting on #1.
A nice course
The course was in decent shape. The greens were consistent and true. And while $90 is more than this would fetch in many other places, Myrtle Beach is still a destination and this price is competitive for the area. I would play it again.
Nice course, but slow play
The course was nice and everyone was friendly. The pack of play was very slow. Seems like I was placed in the middle of a women’s league. I’m all for people playing my with different skill levels, but I was a single player and they never offered to let me play through.
