About
The Links at Brick Landing, a gated community with an 18-hole golf course, is located north of Myrtle Beach in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina and features Atlantic ocean views along the Intracoastal Waterway. Four holes on the back nine are adjacent to Sauce Pan Creek which is a saltwater marsh filled with wildlife. Nos. 1 and 18 sit on the Intracoastal Waterway with the Ocean Isle Beach barrier island serving as a backdrop. The course was sold and received new ownership in 2021 and renovations include new Sunday Ultradwarf Bermuda greens.

Has Potential, Room for Improvement
Played front 9 only with my dad who is an avid, long time golfer. Fairways overseeded and in pretty good shape for winter. Greens as good as expected in February. Cary’s clean and nice with friendly helpers at bag drop. Pro shop was small but well-stocked and organized. Bathrooms on course but no beverage cart.
A lot of residential construction around course and work being done on several tee boxes. Cart paths need improvement in many spots. Would benefit from additional signage for direction to next hole/clubhouse as holes are far apart.
Overall, a decent value for the reduced price we paid, but not yet worth full-price. Maybe better “in season.”

Quirky course with great start & finish
Took the plunge and booked a hot deal round on a cloudy day. Clubhouse staff (inside & outside) were friendly and accommodating, made me feel welcomed. Opening and finishing holes are challenging and striking along the waterway, the rest of the course is so-so for beauty. Holes are pretty tight so unless you’re controlling your drives you’ll be hitting fairway woods and hybrids off the tee to shoot a score. Efforts are underway to improve the course, some construction on one hole, and cart paths need to be re-done. Round was completed in 3.5 hrs. Biggest treat of the day was eating at Sea Breeze restaurant in the well-appointed clubhouse, great food and service, good atmosphere, and a wonderful view over the waterway…a great ending to a very nice day.

Hard course
This course is difficult for me. It has lots of water and narrow fairways. Some construction going on, but the greens were fantastic.

A fivesome was in front of us, members I think. Shouldn't be allowed. Slowed things down. We called the ranger and he split them up. Moved quicker after that.

Got a great price on Golf Now. Not an easy layout
I drove about 45minutes from Leland to play this course. Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Driving range and putting green were across the street, so I did not get to use the putting green. Some holes were relatively narrow. A fair amount of water and quite a few bunkers. The course crosses roads several times so you must be careful. I’m sure the 18th layout was dictated by the land they had when it was designed. But I was not a fan of it. Overall, an interesting layout. If I lived closer it might be a course I would play more often.

This course has fantastic features and price! The staff is excellent, from the bag drop guys, to the very friendly Pro Shop Staff. These people treat a customer from top to bottom. Played on 1-7-24. Fantastic conditions. tees, fairways and greens are in great condition. Fairways and tees are over-seeded. They look awesome. Greens were fantastic, true roll. They are doing some work on number 3 tee area, but no big deal. Pace of play was on schedule. played in 3.5 hours. Can not say enough good things about this course. A lot of money and work have been put into this course the past several years. You can tell. Nothing negative to say about this course. It's great............ We will be back next year. Had a fantastic time.

Great condition and price
My group loves playing here. Club selection is important when playing this course. The restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. This is a wonderful place to play a round of golf and enjoy a picture of beer with a sandwich.
Fantastic condition
Can’t say enough great things about The Links at Brick Landing! Conditions are fantastic. Fairways and greens in superb condition. Overseed looks great. Greens are phenomenal. They have been overseeded with Bent Grass according information received from the golf shop. Course is a great layout. Great service from the time we arrived to play. Bag drop guys are always very polite and courteous. Pro shop staff go out of their way to welcome everyone. If you get a chance, add this course to your schedule.
