About
The Links at Brick Landing, a gated community with an 18-hole golf course, is located north of Myrtle Beach in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina and features Atlantic ocean views along the Intracoastal Waterway. Four holes on the back nine are adjacent to Sauce Pan Creek which is a saltwater marsh filled with wildlife. Nos. 1 and 18 sit on the Intracoastal Waterway with the Ocean Isle Beach barrier island serving as a backdrop. The course was sold and received new ownership in 2021 and renovations include new Sunday Ultradwarf Bermuda greens.

Black Friday
My husband and I decided to play golf instead of dealing with Black Friday shopping and traffic. We selected the Brick due to price and proximity to our home. Staff was friendly. Course was a little wet due to rain. Playing time was pretty fast considering there was a foursome ahead of us. Enjoyed our day there. This was the second time playing at this course.
Great Local Couse
I hadn’t played the course since the change of ownership and was pleasantly surprised with the improvements. Overall the fairways and greens were excellent. The staff was very accommodating and the pace of play was great. This has to be the best deal within a 30 mile radius. Me and my group will be returning every year.

Just passing thru
Lookingt for a low key course to kill time while waiting for friend to show up from out of town. This course was great buy at $30, Played 18 in 3 hours alone, on a sunday afternoon, foursum let me play through I did not know the course and found lots of trouble on short fairways and blind shots with hazards involved. staff was nice and friendly. don't think i will play it again but it was worth the trip.

Needs lots of work
Layout was good with some great views. Some Tee boxes were none existent. Greens and some fairways need improved. Not sure I will play there again. I can get on much better conditioned courses for same or less money. Hope someday it gets better.

Bring your balls when you play here
First and eighteen holes were along Intercoastal Waterway—beautiful! 18 is hcp hole #1, requiring your drive and approach over water. I parred it! Second hole is a slightly up 93 yard par 3. Many tees need work and many greens had cancer. Fairways are tight not from trees, but because the slope away, hence my title here. They don’t let you take your cart across the street to the driving range and the postage stamp size green, yet you cross that street 2-3 other times in the round! Apparently, some driver hit a golf cart there and sued the course! Put up a stop sign and just use common sense!! As for me, I’m one and done! For the small fee I paid, I sure got my money’s worth!

Playing conditions were good
The staff was very friendly and helpfully. The course was in very good condition. The play was slow and the slow players wouldn’t let a twosome play thru, even though they were obviously beginners. Once they we skipped two holes and played them at the end, it was a very enjoyable day.

A hidden gem!
First off I want to say that the staff was very friendly! The gentleman at the pro shop told me about the course layout and was very attentive. The course starts and ends (hole 1 and 18) with a beautiful view of the waterway on the right. Be aware that there are lots of water hazards! The greens were pristine and rolling pure. The fairways were also in great condition! I definitely would recommend checking out this course. I paid about $30 for 18 and it couldn't have been a better deal. I've been to courses twice the price that don't even come close to this one.

Just meh
Greens rolled nice and fairways were ok but the layout was not for me. Too many holes shoe horned into housing. First 4 holes are ridiculously tight. On No. 4, better players can tee off with a 9-iron and still have a wedge in. The holes where I could actually use a driver were decent but this course is more suitable for seniors and short straight hitters, not scratch golfers. Played in under 3 hours but caught a foursome on 16 that wouldn’t let me play through.
