About
Eagle Chase Golf Club is tucked away in the rolling hills of northern Union County, surrounded by nothing but acres of countryside and farmland. The secluded locale is ideal for golf, especially since it is conveniently situated less than an hour from Charlotte. The course tumbles across lush green hills and valleys, providing almost every hole with an elevated tee or green. The undulating layout definitely plays like a mountain golf course with even lies being hard to find and a few blind shots to contend with. Water hazards come into play on seven holes, including the first three and the 12th hole, an uphill par 3 that is one of the golf course's most difficult. In addition to the course, Eagle Chase G.C. also offers a driving range, practice bunker, and chipping and putting greens.

Good Ole Marshville
If you’re looking for that perfect little get away on a weekend morning, by your self or with a couple friends. Eagle Chase is a low key good spot to book a tee time in the morning. Get it while you can. It’s typically up there even though other courses go quick. The greens are pretty good. Courses like Skybrook & Monroe are more true. But the front 9 is cool to look at out of some tee boxes. Jaw dropping par 3, perched up par 4 tee boxes. Pretty gettable course and fun layout. Good value for the money. Bring a good golf music playlist & car phone charger on the drive. It’s in the middle of nowhere!

Pack a lunch
The pace of play is absurd. They put out fivesomes on a Sunday. Stack unscheduled groups between tee sheet groups. The course is in good shape but the way it is managed is poor for the player. Good for the course but I won’t return until they get their course management under control.

Great day at Eagle Chase
As it has been lately, the course was in great condition. Fairways were well cut and greens were a pleasure to putt on. The staff was friendly and professional as usual...Matt is doing a super job.
Unfortunately it looks like the deal times have been reduced in frequency and the 'deal' is not a good as it has been. Since I've got significant medical bills, it looks like my rounds at Eagle will be reduced...hopefully it is a short term issue and great deals will be available in the future again.

Best Bang for your Buck
The pace of play was even slower than can be expected for a Sunday morning (really one group holding up the masses!) but the course, the conditions and the friendly staff more than made up for the slow pace. Great experience!

Great course!
I was surprised by how well maintained the course is. The fairways and the greens were in top condition; much like those at a private course. The course layout was quite challenging especially those playing from the white tees and above. Great experience. Strongly recommend those who have not tried to give this a try.
