Pine Ridge Country Club

My regular golfing buddies backed out of our weekly game late Friday and I found this option. An extremely foggy morning gave way to a perfect early Saturday round of golf. The 3 guys that I was paired with were also playing at Pine Ridge CC for the first time. We all had a blast and enjoyed our time at the 19th hole with Kat the Bartender. I would highly recommend this course.

I live in Aiken and have many nearby choices to play, but I always enjoy a trip out to Edgefield to play this course. I also pick it as my first option in many instances as the course is always in good shape, pace of play is pretty good and greens are well taken care of. Its out of the way a bit so it does not get as crazy busy as some in town, but still gets full crowds on the weekend. Nice club house and shop and staff is great. Always worth the ride out its its always a consistent experience and a challenging course.

This course was a pleasant surprise. Course has a nice combination of easy to challenging holes, such as dog leg left and right, change in elevation, rivers and ponds, and was in good condition. The greens were excellent, but fast. Pace of play was excellent as few people were here. However, do not let the small number of people deter you from playing here. The course is a great place to play golf all day at whatever pace you like. This course is not a 5 star course, but is a good place to enjoy a round or two of golf. Will definitely return for another round.

One of the best courses around here for the value. Staff is always friendly and I am seriously thinking of becoming a member, I spend most of my time there anyway.

Have played a number of times. Still keep going back. Friendly staff and course is all you can handle. A really good test of golf.

Course was in great condition considering all the rain we've had. The greens were awesome. Best I've played on this fall/winter and I've played about 25rds. Will def go back soon. You will like the place if you choose to play here.

Great place will def go back again. Greens were in amazing shape for this time of year. Course was wet from lots of rain. That's out of their control but the greens are and they were awesome. Highly recommend. Will go back for sure.

Was really wet due to lots of rain. Had trouble reading greens. Otherwise love the layout of this course.

The course was alittle wet, but the greens were in great shape. Good pace of play, no one was there. I would go back and try to play again when it is drier. The staff was was helpful.

Although it was chilly out, it didn’t stop this course from opening and not have any tee times backed up. First time playing here and from my friends that have played here before the course was awesome. Challenging but still is easy enough to have a good time. The greens were perfect especially for this tome of the year. I will definitely play here again.

Course is loaded with lots of risk reward shots. Every hole is unique. Lots of danger around greens. Perfect course to learn on. Hole #9 and #12 really hard unless your are controlling your ball flight.
