#4 West is a cool short par three with several good tee angles into an undulating green. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020

The best scenery is on #8 West - a long and testing par 5 along the Calabash River. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020

Amazing
This course was jaw dropping. It definitely kicked my butt but I loved every minute of it. The staff was amazing and we had the course to ourselves
Good Deal
Good course, played 18 in just north of 4 hrs.
Staff was great, especially Tom Powers, a genuine Pearl at the Pearl.
Enjoyed The Course
The course layout was interesting and on some holes very demanding. The fairways were consistently excellent and the greens smooth and relatively fast. Pace of play was good. Looking forward to playing the third nine on our next outing there.
Very friendly staff to start. Course had a beautiful layout. Very pretty course also. It was in awesome condition. Excellent value.
Very enjoyable and challenging. Got off to a 25 minute later start due to a slow foursome who had to make the turn before we started, but that’s golf! Staff was very apologetic. First nine was slow but 2nd nine was just fine. Course was in great condition.
Great course
Incredible fairways very tight you have to hit the ball straight and couldn’t believe how nice the greens were
East nine/North nine
The East nine was not as good as the North nine. It has been modified from when the course had an 18 hole East course:. Now 3 par 3's, 3 par 5's and 3 par 4's.
Ok course for the money. We definitely liked the east course much more than the west. It was fine for an under $50 course.
Challenging par 5's
Played East and West sides, white tees. There are some challenging and long par 5's. Rainy night before caused mushy conditions and cart path only. Would like to play again when things dry out. Due to course changes and move to 27 holes from 36, my GPS didn't know where it was on the course. Greens seemed a bit bumpy and slow.
Great time at The Pearl
Great conditions for March. Excellent staff. Very friendly. All by myself and prepared to be paired up. They let me go off the East course.
My only issue was the course didn’t match up to my strakaline or my Arrcos app. No big deal. Just playing for fun. No bet.
Would like to have another round during the summer when The Pearl is all green.
Good Value
Great and friendly staff all the way around. Course in good condition. Was wet but didn't hear the dreaded "Cart Path Only".
put on the repeat play list
played here for the first time on Friday. staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel like they already knew you driving range was a short walk from the clubhouse and was in good condition for mid March. Played the west/east combo. conditions were very good with fairways and greens green and rough still dormant. Greens were a little slow but in great shape(no unrepaired ball marks). Tee boxes were level, had grass and were fairly clean. the layout was nice though unusual to have back to back par threes on the east 9 and both were about the same distance (though one had a large carry over water.) Though it hadn't rained in probably a week, there were some areas that were still soggy and resulted in plugged balls. Otherwise, the course layout was nice. The beverage cart came around at least 4 times which was nice, and golf carts were in good shape, though having usb ports in them would have been a plus. Teed off around 9:30 and pace of play was great (around 4 hrs.) would definitely come back as price was very good as well.
Outstanding Course / Great Layout
This is one if the best courses I have played in some time, both in terms of course layout and conditions. Fairways were thick for this time of year, and the greens were reaonable. Course layout was interesting and at times challenging.
