Hidden gem

Rio Pinar golf course was great to play.

The greens and fairways were in very good condition.

The new buggies had sat nav range finder built in, we could also play our music through the sound system.

They have spent a lot of time and money here and it shows.

The food and drinks afterwards were very good and value for money.

Staff were really friendly.

Will play here again.

Fun and tough

Fun course for the value. Looking forward to going back again. If playing from the ladies tees, be prepared for a long distance round (5300yrds+) for new or intermediate lady golfers. The only down side is the practice range tee box doesn't have a spot to place a tee for the driver. Can only use woods and irons.

Expect a 5-5.5 hour round. We played on a Thursday at 10:40, 3 groups on every hole. Conditions: fairways & greens- fantastic, tees- dirt and not level. Range was closed…again.

Great round at Rio Pinar

The course is in great shape. We were paired up with a nice father/son team. The layout is fair and fun. The bunkers had beautiful sand and made them easy to get out of. You won’t lose too many balls if you’re not hitting wild shots. The beverage cart seem to arrive in perfect timing.

All in all, we’re going back tomorrow.

Really nice course.

Greens we're in excellent shape and ball rolled true. Fairways were really nice. Rough wasn't too tall and all but one tee box were good. Driving range was closed. Bummer when you need to loosen up. All in all, 4.5 out of 5.
