Dobson Ranch Golf Course

Not sure why YouTube people or ‘pros’ think this place is worth the time or money. Glorified Kokopelli…which is awful as well. That’s it…that’s the review.

This was my 3rd our fourth time going to Dobson. Starter seemed pretty rough around the edges. Almost rude but it did not set the tone for the day. Had a great time golfing. The pace was good and the course was in great condition even though it was car path only. Would go back again.

This was my first time playing this course, and I was not disappointed. The course was in excellent condition, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely play this course again, but when it is not cart path only. I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this course to others.

Course was OK. Greens were hairy, understandable cartpath only time…. but, where is the Ranger ?!? can’t believe 50 minutes over Pace play ! They overbooked or underestimated cartpath only . Disappointing.

this course is for you. This course caters to bad golfers that have no concern for players behind them.

This is just a fun place. If you're looking for something fun and a non-traditional course, this is the place for you. Great range and practice area with music. The course is good and pretty forgiving.

It was cart path only and play was slow, golf balls all over the course, would not recommend playing when it's cart path only it is not fun at all, lesson learn, cousre is nice but pretty long for a short hitter.Unless your a under a 10 handicap and hit it 250 would not recommend.

I can’t believe they are charging $92.00 to play this course being cart path only. Forcing you to rent a cart to walk the course.

I would understand the rate if you didn’t have to walk.

Should be offering a discount.

Freshly over seeded. The course is in excellent shape. Decent pace of play being it was cart path only.

First time playing this course and the staff was excellent. Carlos really believes in customer service and based on his service alone will return again. Course is in great shape and excellent for both Low Ghins and high ghins. Pace of play was very good. I like how on the first hole it was spaced out from the beginning.

The course itself was pretty basic when it comes to layout and design and the greens were pretty furry when we visited. The pace of play was definitely slow, but that could be because of being cart path only when we played. The best part of the course was the extra amenities.

The driving range was great and they even let us use the intech range free of charge since it was our first time. They also have a putting course, restaurant, and yard games to play. It feels less like a golf course, and more like a place you could hang out on a night out.

Every time I come to AZ. I have to play at Dobson Ranch. Each year I come they have something additional in amenities. Everything about this facility I I enjoy. I love the atmosphere, the staff, regarding the course I can only give a four star I come from Michigan with absolutely beautiful golf courses..

Paid for 18, was told at checkin they were 3 slots behind and it was going to be 22 minutes after my tee time. Pace of play was the reason I stopped going here earlier this year, and will be the reason I do not go back. We waited at every single tee box. 2.5 hours after we started, we just finished 9 holes… will not be coming back. They do this daily just to make $$$ instead of make it enjoyable for the customers.

this is such a great track at a great price! highly recommend it. they range and bev shack is awesome too! super friendly staff and treat their guests great.

Is this place four or five stars? Heck no. But it’s a really good option to get out for a quick nine and have a couple of drinks with the boys. It looks like a really good atmosphere off the golf course, really fun place. Good place to bring the kids. Could the greens be a little tighter, sure. Could the tee boxes be a little better, yeah. Are the fairways plush, no. But overall, a decent bang for the buck!
