Toiyabe Golf Club

Wonderful course with beautiful scenery. Course was in immaculate condition. Hats off to the Superintendent and his crew. Choose your club well. Greens were receptive. Staff was tremendous. Definitely recommend this course to play.

Staff greeted us~easy to talk to~it's what all golf courses should do`THANKS. The course was nice but we think it will be really nice in several weeks. One request, the course needs to put in yardage makers (150) would be good. We know that there is some sprinkler heads with yardage on them, but not all.

Grass is green, fairways great condition/cut to perfections, greens were very good condition throughout course. Greens have quite a bit of slope to them and were fairly fast. Some of the pin positions were very hard given the slope and speed of greens. Saw quite a few puts roll by hole over 5 feet when given barely a touch from above hole. I know your not suppose to hit the ball there, but there was little chance unless you holed the putt. It is not a major complaint, as the setting is beautiful and the conditions were great. Just think a few pins could have been set in different positions.

11:30am tee time on Friday, April 1st. Arrived at the tee as a single and was told that I needed to ride in a cart with another person. No big deal, but why didn’t they tell me when I checked in at the Pro Shop. 5 hour plus round of golf. Course was in good shape.

I’m quite pleased with this course. I’m new to the area and have only played 3 other courses here in the Reno Valley. This is my favorite go to course.

Staff was great~easy/fun to talk to. For early spring, the course I thought was in very good condition. I do have one concern and I hope the course addresses this (I wouldn't think it would cost much or take much time), but they need to put 100 or 150 yardage markers out there. Don't need both, but it would be really helpful to have at least one. THANKS!

Course is in good shape for mid March. Greens are in good shape and fairways are in fine condition..

Course is in pretty good early spring shape. Greens are in really good shape. Come on out and play!

This course is always in good shape. It is an excellent layout. The course condition was good for this time of year. There was just one green affected by the winter weather

For early March, the course is in good shape. The 16th hole has a temporary green, but I’m sure that is the case every winter because of lack of sun to melt the snow. Definitely want to come back and play the whole hole later this year. The course requires you to think you way around and not just hit driver 14 out if 18 holes.

Some reviews mentioned slow pace of play, but that was not our experience. The staff are friendly and I would absolutely recommend playing this course.
