About
The golf course at the Ventura Country Club, situated east of Orlando near many major highways and the airport, is semi-private but the facility welcomes outside play. It is a short course that features undulating greens with sudden breaks. The golf course has challenging par-3 holes that put a premium on shot accuracy. There are strategically placed bunkers throughout as well as water hazards on 14 holes. Most of the well-manicured fairways are lined with homes. The par-5, 13th hole is Ventura Country Club's signature hole. It requires a shot from an elevated tee over water and past thick forestry on the left and an approach shot to small, well protected green that slopes back to front.

What a Pleasant Surprise
We picked Ventura randomly to end our golf week. Except for not having a beer cart on the course, we were happy with this great little course. We were advised by the friendly starters that the greens were only about 70% as they have been rebuilt recently and they were correct and they rolled the slowest of the courses we played this week.

Nice course for the money
Usually enjoy playing this course. Pace of play was excellent with our fastest round this winter at 3.5 hours. Fairways are decent but a little too tight as grass is a little sparse in a few areas. The greens need cutting and rolling as they were not very consistent. All in all it was a good course to play.
Enjoyable Round
We had a very enjoyable round at Ventura. The course has a great layout. It's is relatively open with its fair share of water hazard. The pace of play was excellent - finished in 4 hours even. The staff are friendly and courteous. The greens are in great shape, fast and predictable. The fairways are well maintained in excellent shape. Most of the tee boxes are decent although a few are worn. Overall, we found this course to be of good quality and very enjoyable. It offer excellent value for money on GN hot deal. We will certainly play it again!

Short and sporty
Enjoyable afternoon at Ventura. Course is in good shape, well maintained and fun to play. Staff is friendly, pace was good, less than 4 hours on a busy day. It’s worth playing again.

Good golf coursr
The Tee Boxes were below par, more sand than grass.
The Fairways were OK.
The Greens were OK and hopefully will improve in the next months.
The Price was a Good Deal thru Golfnow.
The Staff was Great !
I will definitely play here again.

Nice layout with plenty of challenging holes.
Some of the greeens were a little rough, not rolling true. There had been a lot of rain lately and the course was soggy, cart path only today.

Hello, it is a nice course, the greens are under repair so the price should be much cheaper since the ball bounces on the green instead of rolling, the restaurant is excellent and the service is very good.
