The golf course at the Ventura Country Club, situated east of Orlando near many major highways and the airport, is semi-private but the facility welcomes outside play. It is a short course that features undulating greens with sudden breaks. The golf course has challenging par-3 holes that put a premium on shot accuracy. There are strategically placed bunkers throughout as well as water hazards on 14 holes. Most of the well-manicured fairways are lined with homes. The par-5, 13th hole is Ventura Country Club's signature hole. It requires a shot from an elevated tee over water and past thick forestry on the left and an approach shot to small, well protected green that slopes back to front.

Overall very nice condition

The greens were in great shape and rolled nicely. The fairways were in good condition. The rough was a little tall for amateur golfers. We had trouble finding a few balls that were just off the fairway and into the rough.

Greens and fairways are in very good to excellent condition. Putting is tricky and challenging due to subtle undulations...nice.

Some tee boxes are a bit rough but not a problem. Cart paths could use some grating after the heavy rains.

I play here frequently and will continue to come back.

I've only been here one since they reopened. Still needs a lot of work on the cart paths around the course. Not sure if they're just gonna leave them as dirt. When we played the course was covered with debris, apparently they had a storm the night before but I'm sure they will clean it up

I had a thoroughly enjoyable round yesterday at Ventura. The weather was perfect as the sun was blocked and it wasn't scorching hot. The course is in great shape. I was paired up with a gentleman from Colorado who was very fun to play with. We breezed through the round as the pace of play was excellent.
