I play here several times a year so I am familiar with it. Pace of play can vary a lot. I have been there when I had great pace and finished in 3.5 and I have had days when it took 5. This time the entire back 9 was terribly slow because the group in front had 6 people and every shot seemed to require a lot of discussion from the entire group before someone swung! No Marshall available. They are doing a lot of renovation work which is good. Rebuilding quite a few bunkers which is a good thing. Hate to see a course that charges those prices not have decent bunkers. Otherwise a pretty well run place with an interesting lay-out

They are working on the course extensively. Reconditioning bunkers on most holes. Tee boxes are in poor shape. Greens are ok. Good value if you spend less than $50 on the round.

I like the staff. They were very friendly. There was a fivesome in front of my foursome and we had to weight at least five minutes for each hole. The staff did give me a credit because I could not afford a 6 hour round.

Several tee boxes are beat up.

There are lots of sand in the greens.

Kudos to the fact that the bunkers are all under repair, but the work crews are all over the course and around the greens on on your approach shots. The tee boxes were in horrible condition on most of the white tees. Several ball washers were broken and the greens were recently lined is the best way I can describe it. Overall the course is in the worst condition in the 14 years I have been playing it.

Weds tee time 12:30 pm. I've played here many times though not recently. Many bunkers are undergoing major repairs and are ground under repair, beneficial in terms of free drops out of them. Greens seemed to have been aerated or something relatively recently and were relatively bumpy and slow, especially on the front nine. Some tee boxes in rough shape. Some spots in fairways soggy from over-watering.

Hadn't played the course since Covid. Was a cool day with a bit of wind. The fairways and tees were better than I remembered - greens a little bumpy. Some easy holes / some challenging ones...

Look forward to doing it again.

Many sand traps are being upgraded and are being played as GUR so I am looking forward to them being finished. A lot of the tee boxes were unfortunately beat up and need to be seeded and rolled to flatten them out

We played on 9/3rd at 8.06am. Here is a brief feedback. Course is in a stunning setting and really beautiful.

However, the conditions were well below par. Don’t get me wrong, we will play again as the setting is stunning but probably less than we would otherwise. Those are the points in general:

1. The amount of construction concerning the bunkers wasn’t flagged when booking the round online. Honestly, this should have justified a substantially reduced green fee. The bunkers not under construction were pretty empty and in bad shape, which takes all the sand traps out on the course.

2. Tee tee boxes were in horrible condition. Not leveled at all, with many brown spots and whole areas with no grass or a lot of weed on it.

3. Fairways in average shape if at all. The greens were mostly fine.

Again, a beautiful setting and I think it could be so much more. Many cheaper options in Marin County/Sonoma with courses in much better shape (Rooster Run, Foxtail North, Indian Valley, Presidio….).

Always a challenge, conditionings always are good. Some bunkers are under repair which really assisted my score. Pace of play was good. Always a good experience.

Course was in pretty good shape & wide open, except for the occasional group that was considerate enough to allow smaller groups to play through. We (3) were able to finish in 3.25 hours!

Greens are pretty good. Fairways, fair. Tee boxes are terrible. Driving range, terrible.

Rates are kept high due to location near Napa, and it's over reliance on Vineyards for tourism.

But the grapes hopefully bring in more than the golf.

Tee boxes have a large High spot in the middle, causing that area to be over used.

Flatten out you tee boxes. And take better care of them.

Some bunkers are being rebuilt. A Very expensive project.
