About
Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills of Napa Valley, offering one of the most scenic courses in the area. It is also considered by many locals to be one of the most challenging. Every hole on the golf course provides stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The layout sprawls across gently rolling hills that weave through stands of mature cherry and oak trees, shimmering waterfalls, and meandering creeks. The golf course offers challenging multi-tiered greens and postage-stamp landing areas that demand well placed iron shots. The memorable seventh hole features an even more difficult island green. There are also some tricky fairways that seem much more open than they are. Eagle Vines numerous risk-reward opportunities that will have golfers using every club in their bag.

What Happened to Eagle Vines!?
My gosh, this place has gone to pot! Several of the tee boxes were literally mud holes, lots of dead or dying grass everywhere, and the sand traps were horrible. The greens were in fairly good shape, and the staff is friendly. However, that’s all I can say about this once great course. They must be in bad financial shape to let it go downhill so rapidly.

The course was great
The range was terrible and super beat up not worth it. The Course on the other hand was awesome and amazing layout. Just a few bad tee box’s. Overall great recommend it for anyone. I will 100 percent go back.

Too slow
We were behind a tournament and took 2 hours to complete 4 holes. We quit at that point. I was going to ask for money back or a rain check but the course is in terrible conditions so I will most likely not play there again. It is too bad as the course has a great layout.

5 hours, not great shape
Tee times were stacked 9 minutes apart. We waited on nearly every shot. Course needs some work, definitely suffered from all the rain. Kind of shabby in spots. Overall nice layout and would be better once they can get it in better shape.

Nice course.
We enjoyed our round. Hoping to play as a twosome but met up with a nice gentleman who knew the course. I'm glad we did because on some holes we had no idea where we should aim our tee shots!

Favorite Place to Golf
The course is in pretty good shape considering all the rain we’ve had. Greens are almost ready after maintenance a few weeks back. Long course if you decide to walk, nearly seven miles.

Needs some work
Understand the rains have been tough for courses from a maintenance perspective but the condition of the fairways and rough were terrible in places. Crazy high rough just off of fairways and greens. We lost several balls due to high grass steps off the fairway. Daffodils everywhere made finding even fairway shots difficult in areas. If you play this bring a ball that isn’t white, deferred turf maintenance needs to be addressed! Not my favorite course in the area, the conditions made things worse.
