Kelly Plantation Golf Club

They had a few holes closed due to renovations to the tees and bunkers. It was communicated up front which was nice. Plenty of dormant grass around but that probably made it easier! Great views on 3 and 4.

Played this course a couple of times previously and really enjoyed it. Three holes were closed so we had to play 1,2,&3 twice.

We were stuck behind a very slow foursome all day.

The staff was nice but the other golfers were very rude.

Plus the restaurant was closed and they didn’t even offer any type of beverages or snacks for sale in the clubhouse.

Price should’ve dropped considerably considering everything.

It will not be one of the courses on our itinerary the next time we’re in the area

This course was beautiful with water views. The staff was friendly, the clubhouse was lovely and we had a great day all around.

Great Golf course, great condition, greens perfect and fast

Other than the tee boxes of which some were being replaced the course was in pristine condition. Great layout, challenging but very fair. I loved it and would recommend it highly.

Very nice course, well managed and with staff that are genuinely interested in the golfer.

Big contrast to some local Destin courses.

Had a wonderful time. First class. Merely wished they offered partial year membership.

The course is great. The people are great.... until

We ran into a foursome at the 10th tee box.

Waited between 5-10 minutes on each tee box but one.

Back nine has 3 par threes. Stood on tee box and never got waved up.

No on course mashall anywhere in sight.

90 minutes front nine. 3 hour back nine.

For the price, you'd expect at least one on course marshal on site. But alas, this didn't happen.

It's not cheap and the staff knows that. This place has not forgotten that they are in the customer service business. The staff is very appreciative of their players. The place was in great shape. They key to having fun here is to play the proper tee box that matches your driving distance/skill level. There are many choices and combos you can play.

We had a blast and they didn't overcharge us for playing an extra 9 holes. Loved this place.

The Kelley plantation is centrally located in Destin with multi gates to enter from the ground are very well marked with the staff giving you excellent directions on how to find the golf club once arriving you will be greeted by staff at the backdrop that will direct you on where each of the facilities are get you loaded up and ready for a great day of golf. I wanna shut up to one employee in particular his name is Rob. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a fantastic time, thank you very much. What’s on the course? It does ask you to make a quality t but there are many places to Bail and play it safe. The greens roll very true for all 18 holes bunkers are very manicured in some of the best sand I’ve ever had the pleasure of digging my feet in once again. It is a must play if you have time, get an early teatime and do a replay you you won’t regret it. See you soon thank you.
