TPC Scottsdale - The Stadium Course

Course was in great condition....My son and I had a great time, we teed up with another single from Fort Worth and the company, the weather and the course couldn't be better. #15 & #16 were my favorite holes.

Challenging course. Pricey, but fun to play at least once, especially the back nine.

For the price you couldn't beat it compared to the Stadium course! We had a 9:22 tee-time and got done in 4 hours. NICE! Fairways where amazing.

The greens had a lot of ball marks on them and there were a lot of divots all over the course. It appeared that it is played a lot.

Course in great shape, play a little slow. Very enjoyable!

While I can't think of many negatives, there is nothing that jumps out as a "WOW" here either. The layout is very fair, staff very friendly, and conditions good. Didn't think much of the airplanes overhead and its a bit tighter then I think it should be, as it is really not the course that will be the challenge choice for a 5 handicapper or a true destination type. That said a nice way to spend an afternoon and had a great time.

The staff is great, but the course is beautiful and if you think it's easy we'll your in for a disappoint,ent. Narrow and challenging. The greens make you play defensive. Fast but true make sure you see the break ( there is a break trust me) going to go play again soon.

If you decide to try this course be prepared for a 4hr plus round. Many players are slow and waiting to play your shot seems common. I would recommend playing with friends. At least one friend. I was a single and was paired with 2 below average golfers and looked for lost golf balls all round.
The course was beautiful and the greens were smooth and fast. The views were also enjoyable. The staff was friendly. The practice area was very good. Finally, If they put you with golfers who are below average then it detracts from the experience. It also makes the cost to play seem high. Overall I was happy to be at this course and experence the TPC Scottsdale.

Played course Wednesday after Waste Management tournament. Scoreboards, TV tower and stands were still up. Playing 16 with stands was awesome! Put tee shot 15 feet right of pin.
Without Tournament remnants, Stadium course would be okay but very expensive. (Requires fore caddy.)
Champions course is a very good deal, much less expensive and much lower key.
Courses are in the middle of Scottsdale so really scenic.

I golfed this course 5 days after the PGA Tour players finished the Waste Managment tournament. The fairways were amazing the greens were perfect and I didn't see 1 piece of trash anywhere. The grandstands,still in place,were the only indication that 1000's of people were walking around the course all week long. A++ to the staff!!

Great course. Rewards good shots. With the Birdies for the Brave and Wounded Warrior programs one must wonder why the TPC courses here in Phx don't offer military discounts for our active duty and retired military. TPC Las Vegas offers these discounts. The green fees still aren't cheap, but at least they honor the military service members.

The course was well maintained and very enjoyable to play. The staff was effecient and courteous. I would do it again.

Great course fun to play with all of the activity surrounding the open.

Narrow fairways, fast ,medium sized greens, need for placement of shots, demanding bunker play, a wonderful desert golf experience!!!

What a treat to play on the same course as the pro's !!! Course conditions were immaculate, our caddy, juliette, made the round a lot of fun. Coming from snow on the ground to 75 degrees, life was wonderful. Beautiful scenery. Interesting to hear the stories about the pro's and their good fortunes and misfortunes.

The course was in great condition, greens had a nice speed and rolled very true. The course was worth the money.

Our forecaddie Rob was excellent, the grandstands being setup were really cool. I recommend everyone Play Before The Pros at least once, but definitely recommend playing the Stadium course anytime. Between the Champions and the Stadium you cant go wrong!

Everything was perfect about this course. Fairways, greens, yardage markers EVERYWHERE. Greens were super fast and true. Definitely recommend playing both this and the Stadium course! Challenging Course and worth the money.

In spite of the tough conditions (high rough etc) it was great fun to finish among the huge bleacher arrangements at 16, 17, and 18. Very expensive!
