About
Stallion Mountain Golf Club is conveniently situated just minutes from the Strip, but this Las Vegas golf course feels much further away thanks to a scenic landscape of towering, mature pines and six sparkling lakes. Over the years the course has hosted several major events including Frank Sinatra's Celebrity Classic and Las Vegas Invitational. It has a versatile layout that offers plenty of variety and shot values, which makes it appealing for a range of different skill levels. The par 4s and par 5s require long, accurate drives but the approach shots will test your iron game. The golf course also features undulating fairways lined with bunkers and water hazards come into play on 10 holes. In addition to the golf course, Stallion Mountain boasts a comprehensive practice facility that includes a 16-acre driving range with 40 tees, five practice putting greens, two chipping greens, and two practice bunkers.

NO SINGLE TEE TIMES IN VEGAS
Been in Vegas for a week and have only been able to get a tee time at one course DESPITE HOT DEALS page stating single spots available. I hit the reservation button and 6 days in a row, posted tee times not available. But they have been on the webpage all week, even up to 24 hours or less. Every single one - Aliante , Boulder City, The Bears Best, Legacy, WIldhorse GC etc. Got stuck playing the same course twice this week..SAD and I am a GOLF PASS MEMBER. Even had them call the course and the COURSE stated they DN even have single tee times available...

Poor Condition
Unfortunately this course is bone dry and needs some TLC. Greens are pretty straightforward and easy to navigate but the dry dead grass really detracted from the whole experience. If the work continues and the course improves, I'd love to play it again in the fall but I think it will take all summer to see any meaningful improvement in the quality and experience.

Play Early
We teed off at 6:30 am, finished in 3 1/2 hours. Greens aren't in the best of shape but it appears that the course is working on them. Pace of play was great, staff very friendly, and value for the money was great.

Decent For the Money
Course Layout is nice. Course is a little dry and lots of dead areas. Greens roll pretty good for how they look. I would play again but definitely look for a hot deal.

The greens are in terrible condition. The course is located in an extremely poor neighborhood (ghetto area)

Unfortunate
This is the first time this spring playing Stallion Mountain, and it is starting to green up a bit, but it still has a long way to go. The fairways and greens overall were not in good shape, but there were spots where it was decent.

Hot deal
For the money (hot deal), it was a good deal. It’s Vegas, so it was dry, but there were mountain view’s, some water, and views of the strip flanked by mountains. The staff was super nice and accommodating.

Save your $50
The course was in terrible shape. Not one positive thing to write about it. Pace of play was 5.5 hours. No water on the course, no beverage cart, hot dog took 30 minutes at the turn. Under staffed. Amenities were on poor condition and the overall look of the course was very poor. (Almost an abandoned feeling) $50 in a casino will bring you more happiness and a lot less frustration.

Goat ranch
First time I ever played on greens that were crunchy. Very little green grass. Lots of dirt. Subject line says it all. It’s a goat 🐐 ranch.
