I hope every female golfer reads this review!!! The grounds keepers that were driving around in their trucks b/c the whole course is in terrible shape dismisses me. I was paired with 3 men. On the first issue… a par 5 …. A truck drove right into the fairway and sat while we were ALL about to hit. He didn’t move and didn’t turn his red tractor off.

The bigger issue were two other holes. We were on a par 3 and the keeper let my partners tee off . Then he started his engine and started before I hit my tee shot. I looked at him and he ignored me. Then I stared at him and he still ignored me. It happened later to me ONLY again. The lack of respect ruined the round for me and I will never go back. The management was not around for me to have a conversation about the issue.. women… don’t allow this behavior!!! Stay Respected

The mgt refused to provide bottled water in the ice cooker even though the temp was 110 deg. Wold sell you $2 each from the cart girl. She had no ice for players. Weeds were growing inside sand traps and broken trees had been broken so long the limbs of trees were brown and dead. No sand in traps- mostly mud and stagnant water in traps with large weeds growing everywhere. Fairways were dead, large machinery rusty and not being used yo repair the fairways. I have lots of pictures of the very poor condition of this course. GN should remove this course from its list. We were charged $60 each and demand all of our money back. We were totally misled when we called the course and asked if there was any maintenance scheduled for Monday, Sept. 5.

Great course except NO yardage markers!! Take a 2 foot stake and put mail in end paint it white put at 150yards it would help

Great course, they are redoing there bunkers, great improvement, just no yardage markers 100/150/200, I lost my gps on 4 th hole and nice a hole behind us stole it!!

The Sand Bunckers were being redone so a lot of ground was under repair. Had a fun time & will be back again.

They are putting the work in to attempt to get the course back in decent shape. All bunkers are unplayable.. was once a nice track. Now it’s only good for the budget.

The course layout here is very nice. During our round there were many bunkers under reconstruction and many areas of grass under repair. It did make things a little awkward when a ball chose to land in these areas. Overall we had a good time. If you do choose to try to play in the heat...maybe 9 holes instead of 18? We were pretty drained by the end.

Great staff. Some repair spots on a few fairways and alll the bunkers, but I can appreciate the effort. Will play real nice in a a couple months.

The bunkers were terrible, but several were in the process of being refurbished. The tee markers were sticks cut to the same length and the ends were painted. Very hard to tell what color they were. We hit from the wrong tee a couple of times. Overall I really liked the course and will definitely play there next time I come to town!

Great layout nice staff and greens were in excellent shape. Bunkers were in a disastrous shape and you could see they are being renovated. #1 complaint would be lack of water on course to drink and lack of cart girl. When it's 98 degrees outside water would be nice. The course has lots of potential just needs some basic fixes.

Course being improved;as the players still play.All traps being rebuilt,some being replaced with grass.Greens greatly improved recently.Been playing here all summers because of ease of getting an early morning tee time.Played as thressome in less than 2.5 hours.

Every bunker on the course is ground under repair. They had no sand and seed for golf carts, and I’m a turf taker…I need sand and seed!…lol

With that said, this is a great layout. Apparently they’ve recently had a change of guard at the greens keeper position, so there were quite a few rough spots out there, but not bad at all. Very playable, wide fairways, greens were soft but putted true. All in all, if you manage your expectations, it’s a great value for the money. Very appropriately priced for the work they are doing.

I’d definitely play again, and would recommend to anyone…I’d just have to mention the bunker issues, but that’s it.

I played at the course while they were undergoing course renovations. The staff was awesome and they let us know beforehand, but the conditions were really tough and unenjoyable to play in. Whenever the course is back to normal and will play there again. Besides the conditions, the layout is good and I can see anyone enjoying it under normal course conditions.

Course was in way better shape than it looked. They let the ruff grow to about 4 inches which was fine, redoing many sand traps and removing many. Greens perfect, tee boxes perfect, fairways were about 85% perfect, putting in new drains but course was best I've ever played there.
