Fun course but poorly maintained. With some work this course would be a lot of fun.

course is in terrible shape. fairways dry, brown or no grass at all. found two dead birds on two fairways. bunkers are under repair and have no sand. greens are okaish. 75$ is a joke, not even worth half the price. very disappointing

Fairway grass was patchy at best. Traps had no sand. Fallen trees left laying by fairways. Too bad for nice layout. Maybe financial issues? Will not return soon.

Greens in great condition rough low but fairways have bare spots and traps are unplayable most marked ground under repair

Stallion Mountain has all the features to be a very good course and a fun experience. In the past it has been just that.

The sounds are less than average and the bunkers are embarrassing. I had guests in town and recommend they play the course. After their experience and telling me they will pass on my recommendations pertaining to

golf courses and places to play I booked a time and went out to see for myself . I played there during the summer and was refunded my $$ or once the course is in better shape which was planned I was given a raincheck.

i played in late October and much to much to my surprise the course was just verily playable. Take the time to spend the $$$ on bunkers, fairways are barren in plays and take some ownership of your product. I can play many courses is the area for about the same cost with a much better experience.

I plan on playing again to see if promises made are kept.

The coursd was well maintained and the green fees were reasonable.

I’ve been playing this course for a long time from the time you arrive your greeted with a smile and can I take your clubs sir what time is your Tee time .The person behind the counter is also pleasant Golf course was also in great shape. Looking forward to the next time I can play here

You get what you pay for. This course meets my expectations for the price. Would like to see them do a bit better on price as the quality last few rounds has declined. Staff in the pro shop is great. Course for the most part is solid. Last time we played a lot of dead ani Al’s on the course over a dozen. You will encounter the a coyote from time to time they tend to leave the golfers alone for now. But not a bad idea to have an air horn with.

Largest complaint comes from the last couple of rounds at the end no one doing bags from carts the checkout has been basically no one which is fine just means no tips given.

Some courses in the area are now beating them on price and on staff so that could lead to a decline here. Look forward to giving a better review in the future but they either gonna need to step up the game or get more aggressive with pricing.

This was our second time playing in December. Sadly it will be our last until they fix the bunkers and update the course. Their website didn’t mention that every bunker was under ground repair. We played with a member and he shared that they are not going to put sand back in as that’s a $12m cost, so they’re going to resold them at some point.

The course was in pretty bad shape aside from the bunkers We played another course for the same cost and it was in beautiful shape so I don’t thinks it’s a lack of water or the time of year. It feels that they’re letting the course go down hill, which is unfortunate because it a pretty course and challenging with lots of water and bunkers.

Man, I would love to play this course in prime condition. The bunkers are out of play right now. You get a free drop. Which definitely makes this course easier to play. The fairways are a little rough but still playable. They really need to roll the greens. Pretty bumpy in some spots. Shot a 41-39 from the Copper tees. Still a very fun course to play and would play it again.

Great value for the money, course has a great layout. The traps were deemed ground under repair, but if they were in play, it will be a difficult course to manage. Overall A+

Played this course approximately 3 years ago and really enjoyed it. However, this time we found the course to be in brutal shape. Greens and fairways were rough and patchy. All the sand traps were hard packed and unplayable.

It just seems to be getting worse every time I try to play there.Fairways bad shape- bunkers no sand or under somewhat repair-greens slow. Wow what this course use to be and now its just really sad. I go back thinking something will change.

Bunkers were in very bad shape. There was no sand in the bunkers. Overall it's a nice course.
