I’m lucky to have this course 10 miles from my house because the other courses 10 miles from my house are more expensive and they don’t care and are dire. The greens are immaculate and they are working on the tee boxes. Fairways are mowed regularly and clear. They’re constantly working, maintaining, and improving the conditions of the course. If I had the time, I’d honestly purchase a membership. Can’t beat the value considering the location.

Course was just aerated & heavy rains in past days & back 9 was closed.

The greens have just been striated and they have some holes that are wet with standing water. I would think in 2-3 weeks that the greens will be more playable

Reliable course, good pace of play.

Only thing to improve is the time it takes to get food drinks after the match

The greens were SO nice. The tee boxes are a work in progress and ownership is clearly making an effort. They are re-doing a few boxes at a time. I gave them 5-stars because ownership cares and they make an effort so what more can you ask for??? Playing again tomorrow.

Pleasantly surprised how Wedgefield is looking at this time of year where some of its neighbors are struggling. Generally the course was in decent shape and there was plenty of work going on to improve it more. Greens, a little slow, but quite understandable for this time of year. Tees and fairways are good. Rough can be a little penal at times, but I suppose we shouldn’t be in there. Bunkers were adequate but no rakes. A very enjoyable layout.

If you haven’t tried this course , it’s definitely worth checking out …almost every hole is uniquely different. There’s water everywhere. Very little elevation change and the greens are fabulous. You’d think you’re on a $200 course. It’s a little out-of-the-way but not that hard to get to ….worth your while.

The golf course is in pretty good shape. The greens and Fairways are in really nice shape. The rough is penalizing but well taken care of. Very interesting and challenging golf course. Had a hotdog and fries at the turn that was very good. It would be nice if they had some drinking water on the course. We played around 11:30 AM and didn’t see a beverage cart the whole time. All in all a good experience, will definitely return for another round.

Fairways and greens are getting better and better. And the rough is good as well. Real rough and real grass. Don’t let it get much longer please?

My cart only had one bottle of sand (on the passenger side) and I couldn’t tell it it was half empty or half full, found out on the first fairway. Please top those off. Also, PSA, fill yours and one other divot please. Same thing with ball marks. Greens are smooth and all grass, and a a hint of checkabily. A little grainy however this course is 10x better than the first time I played it 5 years ago.

Nice course. Friendly staff. No beverage cart which was a bummer because it was hot out there.

Course was great for price. Very long course too. They need water out there in coolers though. Great pace of play. I don’t know what’s up with Hole 18, but right at the front it’s holding water very badly. Other than that, great value and good conditions. I’ll be back
