Course was over booked
We started about 20 minutes late and had to wait on every hole. There were no rangers on the course ensuring fast play. On hole number 9 there were 4 groups on the hole at the same time. Poor course management. We were also told there was a beverage cart on the course but we never saw it.
Great course with an even better layout!
I can see why this course was so busy, the layout was awesome and the course was on tip top shape. I’ll definitely be back to play another round soon!
Better call first about how crowded the course is
Let me start out saying the course is in great shape and somewhat challenging.
That being said 2:45 for the front 9 and only getting worse have is a 5+ hour round.
I will play again when I'm in m.b. but only after finding out how full is the tee sheet
1:00 tee time and went off 30 minutes late
Great Course
The greens were well maintained, and the course was challenging enough. Played a great round until I got to hole 9...it swallowed 3 of my balls! But I cannot complain at all. The pace of play was perfect, and the service from beginning to end was even better.
Best money we’ve ever spent
When we got there, they gave us all vouchers for free lunch (2hot dogs and chips) and 2 free beers per person along with $10 each in credit to the pro shop for merch. The course layout was fun, with water everywhere. We all agreed it was the best bang for your buck value we’ve ever spent on golf, maybe anything. Staff was super friendly. Our only regret was we didn’t book their 2nd course for the following day. Really really awesome course and incredible value. Can’t recommend it enough, I know I will def go back
Great condition great value
Manowar golf course was a true pleasure to play. We came down to the Myrtle Beach classic and was looking for a place to play in this course was perfect. Beautiful fairways, fast greens, friendly staff. We had a great day on the course. Great value as you get two beers and lunch with your tee time. I’ll play it again for sure.
Great layout
Looked like a lot of water but it didn’t come into play , the fairways were great, greens were slow !

Great course for the Money
Good course with a challenging layout. The course was in good shape and the staff was very friendly. We will play again for sure!
