Nice course, but slow play
The course was nice and everyone was friendly. The pack of play was very slow. Seems like I was placed in the middle of a women’s league. I’m all for people playing my with different skill levels, but I was a single player and they never offered to let me play through.
Way too much rain for it in the last weeks, not their fault.
I haven't played there in years. The course layout was better than I remembered it to be, but they've tried to get it playable but, 30" of rain in the last few weeks has been cruel to it for reviews. So I'll definitely be fair here.
Just go play it and enjoy it, once it's dried up some after next week. It will take many dry days for the staff to properly cut everything.
Again I reintegrate, the conditions were NOT management/staff related. Mother nature just dumped a whole bunch of rain on that area. Give it a chance when drier and bring your most accurate driver when you get to tee it up.👍
Beautiful day of golf!
Grounds and scenery were beautiful!
Staff pleasant and helpful!
Pro shop and Bar Grillle👍
You get what you pay for!
If you just want a course to get a few swings in with, this is your course. The price was right, but the playing conditions were not. Fairways and bunkers in terrible shape, greens okay but recently plugged, scenery was okay with plenty of trees and water variety
MUD
This entire course was mainly mud v grass. Tee boxes, fairways, sand traps all mud! To top it off, no food in the clubhouse due to the grille under repair. Avoid the course.
Fix your Fairways!!!!
If the Fairways were in any type of playing condition this course would be great. What could have been a quick round turned into 5 hours cause the group in front of us was very slow and not once did I see a ranger after the first hole.
Needs time to heal
Fairways have winter kill. The greens are good. Golf course is a very good layout.
Rude "Greeter"
The staff member was quite condescending to my 20 y/o daughter. The guy who met us at the bag drop assumed she was just riding along, and then once we clarified that she wasn't, he made a comment to her saying "make sure we kept up the pace" before we started even though she is a decent golfer. Not sure if either was intended as a joke or not but didn't make a great first impression. Also conditions were pretty poor for Myrtle Beach standards. Greens were ok but it was hard to find decent fairway grass anywhere. Tee boxes were a mess.
Burning Ridge - All Good
Nice layout and excellent for all level of players. Really good value as well. Will definitely play this again.
Burning Ridge Fun
Underrated course. Playable and challenging for the money. We'll be back
Muny Track
The bag guy and pro shop guy were nice. The starter was nice to begin with but became a p*&^k when we asked why it was taking so long to play 3 holes. His quip back to us was once you putt out it will an hour exactly for 4 holes! Not true, we waited on almost every shot. They crammed so many people on this course and then you don't see the starter/ranger after the 1st hour. Starter should have told us it would be slow and take almost 5 hours to play this round!!! Your cart USB ports didn't work either. You have some work to do at this track especially bragging about being part of the Founders Group.
Cool day. not busy
Quick round with my wife. The course is in very good condition compared to others in this area within the same price point.
Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the hot deal plus some other discount.
I recommend this course to any intermediate player.
