Poor value for an okay course
Course was in great shape, but the design was just okay. Staff was not professional. Amenities were nothing special. Everything was overpriced. This is definitely a tourist trap. There are other courses in the area for much better value.
Course was in good shape, and pace of play was reasonable (some waiting but not excessive and no real back ups). A little course knowledge would have ben helpful, as there were one or two holes that you couldn't tell the right play off the tee, but again, only once or twice. The GN deal, which wasn't available through the course itself, was great (lower than the rack rate and included lunch and a $10 merch credit in the pro shop). Generally a very fair course, playable for all handicaps.

Nice course
Great course very challenging lots of water and sand lol staff was very friendly food was good would definitely recommend and replay there again

Lots of water. Awesome greens. Nice layout. You know how it is when there’s a slow group holding up your group and no ranger to move them along. Happens everywhere. I’ll be back.
Better courses for the money
Course condition very good. Greens fast. Pace of play reasonable. Took my two sons (18 and 13) on a Myrtle Beach golf trip for spring break. This was the only course the whole week that charged for the 13 year old to play. So we paid about $350 to play and still had to pay extra for a few range balls. The staff were not nice at all except for the lady working the grill and she was great, For the money there are many better courses in the area, River's Edge in Shallotte is a great example. Amazing course, less money and the people couldn't be nicer.
Great course on a beautiful day
We had one of the best golf days with amazing weather and the views from phenomenal. The greens were rolling perfect. The golf now deal is a great one with beers and food and a $10 discount to buy merchandise. Will be back to play the wizard next time.
A very windy day on a tough course
The wind was blowing so hard that it was blowing the putts off line
The greens had been airrated in mid December and have not filled in yet so the putting was already an adventure.
To play this course you should check your handicap and ego at the door before you play
Just go out and enjoy the challenge
