Chariot Run

Fantastic course, great fairways, soft accepting greens yet still quick and smooth. Not sure I would pay 65$ to play here but then again I wouldn't pay 65$ to play anywhere, but for a hot deal at 30$ this was an unbelievable value!

The course was in fantastic condition. The greens were rolling 12.3 on the Stimp. Overall, this an unbelievable bargain of a course. Will play it again and again!

While it may take a little travel time to get to the course, I would go twice as far to play it. The course was in absolutely fabulous condition. The greens were hard and FAST, but were perfectly true. The staff, especially the starter are all too notch and super helpful and friendly. If you are anywhere close to Chariot Run, you simply MUST play this course. I can't wait to play it again.

Came down to L'ville with 12 friends who are past college teammates. Played 36 holes at Chariot Run and boy did we have a blast. Greens were rolling 11 on the stimp and putted so true. We were amazed at the pace and smoothness of the greens. Yes the tall grass/fescue can be very penal..2/10 you find your ball...but if you play the proper tees you can enjoy your round

My husband and I had our best round of golf loved the course. Would definitely recommend it and come back.

If you stay out of the heather very enjoyable. Looked for balls about 30 minutes

This course is as close as it gets to a premium course you would pay big bucks to play. No other course I know of In the Louisville area comes close other than Valhalla. Having play both courses Chariot Run is just as good and it's affordable. Play late in the afternoon it's a great deal and it's beautiful!

I play from the tips and they are one of the few public courses in the area that maintains their tip tees... Great place to play expect to be paired with others, but usually good golfers

Course was in great shape and had a blast playing there for the first time in over ten years. Links style course that rolls and tilts, which requires you to play a variety of shots.

Good course to play when staying at the casino.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who enjoys a challenge. The course was in excellent condition and very challenging yet fair. Fast greens rolled wonderfully. They were rolling an 11.6 the day we played. Excellent experience!!!

The course is in great shape and love playing it.. But the Heather grass is so tall and thick it affected the pace of play due to all the players stomping around in it almost every hole looking for their ball. There were a few holes at times that had 6 groups on 2 holes, 1 on the green, 1 in the fairway waiting and 2 groups on the tee waiting with 2 more groups playing the previous hole.. I'm no one to tell them how to run the course but either cut the heather grass some to make it a little more forgiving or get a couple course rangers out there to keep the pace of play moving.

I have played the course bout ten times. Very fun and fair test of golf. Great golf course all around. Also great price for the quality of the course.

The course conditions were great from tee to green, and the greens were fast.

The course was in prestine condition. The design of the course is excellent. Greens are the best I've ever been on. Bunkers are strategically placed and you really have to pick your spots to hit. Very fun course and its gorgeous.

Even after a few days of rain, the course was in great condition! The greens maintained their speed and they were in superb shape.

This is one of the best courses in the Louisville/So IN area. It is in great condition and greens are always very fast.

Excellent golf course. Greens are very fast and everything was in excellent shape. I wish I lived closer to play more often. The only thing I didn't understand was that they didn't want us to drive in the rough.

Greens were excellent. Course was in great shape. Great combination of challenging and birdie holes. A must to miss green on correct to have a realistic up and down chance.

Chariot Run was awesome once again. Great layout, greens are true and fast, and rates are fair. This place is a hidden gem.
