Stoneybrook East Golf Course
About
Located in Central Florida, Stoneybrook East Golf Course is a championship course that has all the signatures of classic Florida golf courses. Although traditional in design there are some modern elements that lend to the overall challenge of the course. The large fairways are naturally tree-lined and the generous greens are multi-tiered and undulating. The green are also immaculately kept. Preserved wetlands and waterways create hazards that come into play on a few holes. There is also abundant wildlife on the course. Stoneybrook East Golf Course features three sets of tees.

Overprized.
This course used to be beatiful but I guess maintenance went down the drain Same reason why Eastwood closed near by. I would pay $20 max to play here again.
No More
I was disappointed with the conditions of some of the greens and some fairways where, let just say it needs a lot of work. Sorry, But will no go back for a long time.
Course under repair
We were shocked to see the condition of the course. Tee boxes, bunkers and most of the fairways were rough. Greens in decent shape except hole 2 and 3. We were displeased as we had an early tee time and paid $60 for terrible conditions. I was very appreciative of the management as the provided a rain check for half the amount.
They made it right, but beware the course is being worked on.
Conditions Slipping
Stoneybrook was in great shape in the spring. Summer rains have hit this course hard and it seems like the groundskeeper just can’t seem to get the weeds under control. Tee boxes were super rough, and Greens have definitely fallen off. Drainage is always tough, but the recent rains have several fairways playing very swampy and Sand traps filled with water.
Hopefully they can get it back under control because i was pleased with the turnaround this course made. Look for something under $60 until they do.
course in terrible shape!!
A tee boxes were completely terrible, all sand traps were terrible. I will not plat this course for a long time. Save your money... Just terrible!!!!!!!
Doesn't drain, dead grass
Course doesn't drain well. Rained previous morning, played at 11 next day. Standing water everywhere, course not really in playable condition at all. Wherever there wasn't standing water there was dead grass. Slow pace of play due to no marshall. Concession stand close before 11AM even. Hard to believe they think this acceptable in today's world.
Good greens and layout
This is my home course. I’ve played it probably 30-40 times in the last year. It has its peaks of being great and then times where it’s so-so. Greens are some of the best in the area. This course just gets wet when it rains. They need to upgrade the drains and put some new sand in the traps. Harmony is the best out of here and North Shore (same owners) During the winter months this course is on point though! Right now during the wet season it’s kinda hard to play. Balls plug in no matter where you land. Worth $30-40. Pace of play is always great. 3hrs
This course needs repairs badly.
This is not a course I recommend playing in it current condition. It’s in terrible condition and cost more to play than other nearby courses that are in far better condition. The fairways have bare spots, muddy, and tire tracks everywhere. The greens are not that severe but needs some repairs. I stop keep score after the fourth hole. Wasn’t worth the effort.
Stoneybrook
I have been playing STONEYBROOK for many years. It once was one of the best courses in Orlando. Then it appears they just stopped taking care of it. I gave it a try a couple of months ago and it showed significant improvement. I went back last week and was surprised at how badly it went downhill in a short time. The greens were still good and rolled well. The fairways were just so-so. The rest of the course was brown and dried up. The pace of play was great. Two and a half hours playing alone. I have always loved the layout. I sure hope they spend the money to get it back where it once was.
This course is not worth playing.
I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone. It's not worth the effort. Every hole was muddy, missing grass in numerous spots, tire tracks all over and pour drainage.
