About
Green Valley Country Club in Clermont sprawls across rolling hills that were once used for citrus farming. The unusually undulating terrain allows for scenic vistas all around, including a panoramic view of Lake Minneola from the sixth fairway. The golf course boasts some of the highest elevations in Lake County and the routing of the layout does much to take advantage of the sloping terrain. Throughout the golf course you'll find linear fairways and large rolling greens that call for heroic carries. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but in order to let the natural contours shine, bunkering was kept to a minimum. You'll only find it along the front and sides of the greens. Green Valley Country Club's seventh is one of the toughest holes, with an intimidating peninsula green that requires an epic drive in order to reach it in regulation.

Course is decent and has some challenges. Condition could be improved but not bad.
Decent local course
Certainly not the worse course I’ve played in the area. Some greens and fairways need a little TLC, but I will play it again.
Green Valley Fun
Super friendly staff! Course much improved from 3 months ago! Greens were 100% improved and rough was properly mowed.
Hidden Gem
Loved the layout. Definitely above what I expected. Will play again. Condition overall was more than good.

Great course and well worth the money greens were in good condition not as fast as the last time we played it.
Picturesque course in rolling countryside
Green Valley never disappoints with a variety of challenges and beautiful countryside. Friendly but challenging 18 holes with two devilish par 5's to start your round. Great clubhouse for your post golf enjoyment with lovely lake views. Enjoy!

Loved it!
Booked this course because I couldn’t find any suitable tee time for a reasonable price. Didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised!
Loved everything about it, the staff, the layout, the conditions and the elevations. The hardest part for me were the greens, difficult to read and especially the downhill putts were hard. The sand in the bunkers need some attention, but I think that was because of all the rain we’ve had.
But I totally love this course!

Great pace of play. Tee boxes weren’t the best condition but most fairways and greens were nice.
Nice layout that's coming back.
Condition is much better from where it was several months ago. The grass, albeit mixed varieties, is growing and is mowed. The challenging greens are always in good condition.

It wa my first time at this course and I really enjoyed it.

It’s Back!!!
This course has been in bad shape for quite some time but I read a recent review saying it’s back to its normal conditions so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did because the greens were in good shape for the most part…there were about 3 greens that still need some TLC but the rest were good. The fairways were in good shape as well as most of the tee boxes. The tee boxes that were trash in the past still are LOL but that’s not many. The layout is always enjoyable and the price is right so I’d definitely recommend. I’ll be back for sure.
Course is improving!
This is the first time I’ve played the course in probably 10 months. Last time I played the conditions were deplorable. For $29 I figured I would give it a try again and was pleasantly surprised that the course was in much better shape. Greens rolled decent and the fairways and tee boxes were is much better shape. I will definitely be coming back for another round sometime soon.
