About
Green Valley Country Club in Clermont sprawls across rolling hills that were once used for citrus farming. The unusually undulating terrain allows for scenic vistas all around, including a panoramic view of Lake Minneola from the sixth fairway. The golf course boasts some of the highest elevations in Lake County and the routing of the layout does much to take advantage of the sloping terrain. Throughout the golf course you'll find linear fairways and large rolling greens that call for heroic carries. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but in order to let the natural contours shine, bunkering was kept to a minimum. You'll only find it along the front and sides of the greens. Green Valley Country Club's seventh is one of the toughest holes, with an intimidating peninsula green that requires an epic drive in order to reach it in regulation.

Course good- Pricing not so
Had purchased vouchers for course which seemed like a good deal. Cheaper getting a Hot Deal.
Course Condition
Played this course a couple of years ago, don't know what happened but we won't be back for quite a while.
From tee to green. Ninety % of tee boxes were not even close to being level. Fairways were pretty bare. The greens had been scalped and even bare spot on some greens. We have had good weather here except the last few days and it will probably blamed on Hurricane Ian but these problems were not from recent weather.
Hidden Gem
Great experience. Staff were A+. Play this course before the secret gets out.
Fairways good have been better, greens were just punched ,I’m sure they will get better. Tee boxes need help. But still think is a good value
Very nice layout. Greens still recovering from aeration. Fairways and rough not in great shape, but holes were quite challenging. Tee boxes also needed some work, but in general a nice round of golf, especially for the money paid. Starter very pleasant guy!
Back nine better than front!
Hidden Gem in Claremont
Nice course. Good condition even after a bunch of rain. Staff are top notch. Range balls are cheap. The starter is chill. Love this place and I will be back for sure!
Count on it
As usual Green Valley was enjoyable to play. They are still working on some issues, but it is looking good.
Rough rough, and Aeration
It would have been nice to know they had aerated the greens !! i would not have booked, and certainly not at normal full price!
The rough areas have not been mowed in what looks to be weeks. I lost 2 balls within feet of the fairways.
The staff is nice, and the carts are somewhat new.
Not a bad track under normal conditions, but this left me with a bad taste. It will be a while until I go back
