Kings Ridge Golf Club - Kings Course

We had a wonderful time playing. Checking in was pleasant and corse conditions were good . Great price n overall everything was just fine - no complaints!!

Enjoyed this track. Very playable and in excellent condition.

Fairways are in great shape, overseeded with rye grass and the ball sits up nicely. Greens are a good speed with the undulation.I will play this course again.

Greens were faster than a week before,overall a decent course.

Course is in good shape greens a bit slow but very sloping so not much else they could do. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely play again. Probably the best value in the area.

Played the Kings course and loved every bit of it. From the tee boxes, to the fairways, to the bunkers, to the greens, all were in great shape. Course is in great shape and in a beautiful community.

Funny thing is that same day I played at Green Valley Country Club 15 minutes northwest of Kings Ridge and that course is rated higher than this one. Go figure that.

The course is in beautiful shape with good greens. The pace was really good that day.

Compared to other course for the cost this was a good deal.

The staff were very friendly. The greens were in good shape and rolled consistently from hole to hole. The fairways were in good shape. It is definitely on my rotation, of courses I like to play.

Pulled up with a client who’s in town with a 4:07 tee time. We knew we probably weren’t going to get a full 18 in, but he wanted to golf and we were okay paying 40-50 each for however many holes we played. We get there at 3:50 and don’t see any employees anywhere until about 4:05 when this guy tells us we can’t golf because carts must be in by 5 PM. Sunset is currently 5:45 which means you can play until 6 if you want to. I’ve never heard that rule anywhere! I also would have tipped someone after returning the cart. After he told us that we couldn’t go out, we asked for range balls— which he said the range was closed. We ended up going to the practice area, which was also poor. AND there were residents on the “closed” driving range. So now I feel embarrassed for counting on KR to be a golf course. They couldn’t even do that today. Stay far, far away as possible.

Played course in late October and it was in bad shape. Have not been back till today and, wow, what an improvement! Most of the weeds on greens are gone; fairways and tee boxes good. Rough is rough but course overall greatly improved.

Played 18 today with a friend. Pace of play was pretty slow, but the conditions were great. All the greens were good, fairways were nice but the tee boxes were due for a mowing but definitely not the worst in town. I’ll definitely play here again.

This course offerd mnay sets of tees, very nice fairways, rough, tee boxes;good sandtraps. The layout was terrific and pace of play good. The staff was very friendly! A super nice value.

Man, I had such high hopes to show my boss this course, and from the first hole... wow, what a letdown. We got stuck behind two of the slowest, mulligan-taking players I've ever dealt with – I'll get with them later. The tee boxes were overgrown, the fairways were mushy and thick, maybe from overseeding, I don't know. The greens were SUPER slow, thick, full of weeds, just not what I expected since I'd played here before. And those two jerks, they played senior tips and still managed to take 20-25 minutes a hole. On one blind drive, I saw them both hit and drive off towards the green. I KNEW for a fact I wouldn't reach them from the white tees. So I took my swing and KNEW exactly where my ball went (mostly because it was the best shot I made). I saw them come back, pick up my ball, and take off. If my boss wasn't there, yeah, I would've said something. I later found it on the next hole on the ground. Needless to say, it was great playing here while it lasted, but I'd never step foot on this course again!

We are snowbirds and have played this course for years. This year, by far, the course is in its worse condition we've ever seen it. The greens have crabgrass growing in them. The fairways, even after overseediing, are in rough condition, and the tees are poor. This used to be our favorite course. No more. Sad to see a great course go downhill.

Course was recently aired out, greens are as thick as the fairway... not the conditions to charge 85$
