The East Course at the Country Club of Miami boasts several famous players including Bob Hope and Jack Nicklaus. The East Course is one of two courses at the club. The layout puts a premium on strategy and accuracy and it can accommodate both the beginning and experienced golfer. The golf course is well maintained with a layout that features water hazards and bunkers that come into play throughout. There is some housing close to the course. The Country Club of Miami also has a grass driving range as well as large pitching, putting, and chipping areas for golfers to work on their short game.

Normal Golfer
The course was in bad condition considering the time of year. The tees and fairways were a mix of grass, weeds and sand. The greens were decent despite the handful of areas on the greens that were bare or sand. The layout is good but the course conditions are well below average for south Florida.

Nice Monday golf!
Great Monday morning golf. There was nobody in the course. Last time I played there it was about 7 years ago, which the course was in much better conditions. If it wouldn’t be for the Greens, it would be just great. I hope they will working on it…
