Great course
I just don’t like they start people on the back so once you make the turn you sow down.
Great Course
The course was in great condition. Great pace of play . Stopped in to have lunch after and Lisa was awesome!! A great round!!
Fun time
Nice layout without being overly difficult. Great place to remove winter rust. Lots of wildlife!

Track was wet but some of the best greens I've seen in the Myrtle Beach area so far.

Very wet due to recent rains, but playable. Group ahead of group in front of us, threesome, had no course etiquette. Watched the girl hit several balls of tee on par three, three times, instead of going to drop zone. All this while two groups waiting at tee behind them. Right, THREE groups on par three, all at the tee box. No ranger to be found.
Best greens around
While I've played Sandpiper Bay on a fair number of occasions, playing it in a steady rain and sub-40 degree temperatures was new. Nonetheless, the course was in very good condition (despite the puddling and cart path only day). Fairways were green and inviting, with most holes wide and fairly forgiving. Greens were, as always, among the best in the area (if not THE best). We'll be back!
Good day
I enjoy this course. Play it every year. Fairways and tees in good shape. BUT. other years the greens have been excellent usually painted dormant grass. But this year it seems they overseeded them and they were bumpy. They were not horrible but I didn’t like putting on them. Disappointed because I play this course more than any other in Myrtle beach because staff is excellent course is very good and free range balls and nice practice area. Greens are normally very good but not today. The person I played with agreed with me, he played 4 weeks ago and greens were good but he didn’t like them today.
Sandpiper
Course is in excellent condition for a January play date. Tees, Fairways and Greens are in Excellent condition!
Ridiculous Condition should have been closed!
Course should have been closed. Cart path only but Was so muddy and wet you couldn't even walk to your ball. Would have quite but kept hoping it would get better.

Course is great. Greens are in great shape, but very wet fairways. Pave of play is poor at best. They need a ranger to move plays along at an acceptable pace of play. 2 hours 39 mins on Sand, 1 hour 20 mins on Piper with no other players.. Love the value of the course, just need to speed up play.
Comfortable
We teed off at 1:00 on Nov 19 and finished in 3 1/2 hours! Greens and Fairways were amazing for this late in the season. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and with 3 rotating nines it can be different whenever you go out. Granted, the weather was perfect but I would play this course again and again.
