Winter Park Golf Course
About
Dating back to 1900, Winter Park Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in Florida. The course and clubhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Despite being a nine-hole golf course, Winter Park Golf Course is not an ordinary pitch and putt. Known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways and postage stamp greens that are heavily guarded by bunkers, the golf course presents a formidable test to even the most skilled golfers. The golf course is ideal for golfers looking to sharpen their short game skills. Besides offering a challenging game, Winter Park Golf Course has extremely affordable rates that make it a great location for catching a quick round.

111 years of golf
Winter park golf club winds through downtown Winter Park. The t boxes are good. Fairways are a little hard but are not bad. The greens have seen better days. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Iffy greens, but always a nice round
Greens aren't in as good of shape as they have been, but we have been in a drought, so hopefully they get better soon.
needs help
Perhaps it's just the drought conditions, but course is below it's usual standard, especially greens...bumpy, dribbly.
Fun Round!
Always enjoy this 9 hole course, as it provides one a challenge that requires one to position well on holes along with greens that challenge all levels of players. Due to the amount of playing that this course gets, the greens are very slowly coming around. Other than this the course is in good shape. Will be back due to the quality of golf, great price, items for sale in the club house and the customer oriented staff.
nearly ok
not a bad course but way too expensive for a short 9 holer. Every hole looked like every other hole. Replay was going to cost the same as the first time around. I will say the staff were very good and accommodating. It was our 190th different course that we report on for review and it ranked near the bottom of our list.
Greens are Awful
For a course that spent a significant amount of money on a renovation just several years ago I was blown away that they let the greens go entirely. The majority of the greens have significant amount of sand, dirt, and rough patches all over the place.
Saturday Round
Unfortunately, the course has gone downhill quite a bit. What once was a beautiful course now has kind of rundown conditions with poor fairways, tee boxes and really bad greens. I’m not too sure what’s happened over the last year or so, but it is not the same.
Outside of the course conditions, it’s always a fun place to play and very enjoyable to walk the nine holes. I’m not sure if I’ll be back again if the conditions continue to stay the same
Tricky Course!
This 9 hole course looks short & meek but challenges one to be in the right position and then be ready to handle tricky greens. Sand traps will test you, if you are unlucky enough to get in them. Will be back again.
Fun & Challenging Round!
The course is coming out of the winter nicely. Greens are fast and challenging for all levels of golfers. If you get into the sand traps, they will offer one a fair and challenging time. Always enjoy playing the course as it requires one to put themselves in the right positions on the various holes. Will definitely be back in the future.
