About
Dating back to 1900, Winter Park Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in Florida. The course and clubhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Despite being a nine-hole golf course, Winter Park Golf Course is not an ordinary pitch and putt. Known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways and postage stamp greens that are heavily guarded by bunkers, the golf course presents a formidable test to even the most skilled golfers. The golf course is ideal for golfers looking to sharpen their short game skills. Besides offering a challenging game, Winter Park Golf Course has extremely affordable rates that make it a great location for catching a quick round.

Golfer Reviews
Great 9-hole course. A real gem.
Really enjoyed playing WP9! The course was in nice shape, hole layout made for some fun shots, staff was friendly & welcoming. If I lived in the area I’d be a regular.
Hidden Gem
WP9 is a hidden gem in Winter Park. Course is super fun to play and greens are in great shape. Recommend the course require payment for called in tee-times. As a single player, it can be frustrating to hear the course is booked only to show up and eventually get out die to no shows.
Recommend this course to everyone, and for me, its 10 minutes from my house.
Quirky Course in Winter Park
Wonderful green space in the middle of Winter Park. Everyone playing this track is just there for a little fun and exercise. Live the holes that play around the church and cemetery.
Great course
Winter park course is a great course for a round of 9 holes. It's a bit on the shorter side with fairways that are not too long but it's a great walking course. Several of the fairways are adjacent to streets. Club house staff was great. If you want to play a second round of 9 holes be sure to call the clubhouse after you reserve on golfnow. Also, if you will be finishing after 5 pm you'll need your own cart.
Winter Park is a true Gem!!
I've seen so much about WP9 over the years following Matt Ginella (Golf Channel / Fire Pit Collective) on Instagram, that I just had to play it while in town. WP9 did not disappoint!! The par 35 9-hole course is fantastic - nestled between a cemetery, railroad attacks, and old lovely homes, the atmosphere is so unique. The course is in great shape - yes, it's short but that doesn't mean there aren't challenges........sand traps, trees and greens with lot of undulations will test your game. We had such a good time -- and then we got to shop at the pro-shop! Well stocked with unique and reasonably priced wares, my husband both left with shopping bags. Can't wait to go back on our next visit to Orlando!
Turf
The turf was cut so short it was difficult to hit good shots. Green speed was fast but they were consistent.
