Boulder Creek Golf Club - Desert Hawk/Coyote Run
About
Boulder Creek Golf Club boasts three nine-hole courses, which can be played in different 18-hole combinations. Though this Boulder City club is a bit off the beaten path, the scenic location is well worth the drive. The terrain provides different challenges on each nine. The Desert Hawk/Coyote Run combination begins with the longest of the three nines. Desert Hawk has plenty of room for lengthy drives and clear shots to generous fairways. There are also opportunities to work on your short game skills, it's a nine that will have you using all the clubs in your bag. The back nine is just as diverse with varying elevation changes that depending on where your ball lands can either be a boon or a punishment. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes.

Coyote Run: 4th hole, par-5: This long dogleg-left is complicated by an arroyo that will pester second shots. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/19/2025

Coyote Run: 8th hole, par-3. Palm trees add luster to a water-guarded green complex. A two-tiered green is protected by bunkers front and back. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/19/2025

Coyote Run: 9th, par-4, 469: Arguably the most complex hole on a sophisticated nine, where pars are well-earned. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/19/2025

Eldorado Valley: hole 2, par-3, 168: It runs downhill from the tees and features a tricky green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/19/2025

Eldorado Valley: fourth, par-4, 409: A tough if straightforward hole, but it still can be touchy trying to hit a green that is this well protected by bunkers. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 12/19/2025

Nice views Photo submitted by Don9789882 on 11/02/2012
Great course
My third time playing this course. Great layout, friendly staff and fantastic value. The course was in excellent shape and the greens were fast. Enjoyed it very much. Will come back.
Nice track
first time playing. Joined up with three others had a very pleasant round. The course is medium challenge and all obstacles are visible. Course condition was very good and the greens putted true. Overall, a nice round and a decent dollar value for the Las Vegas region. Would certainly play this course again
My Favorite Course
Out of every course I’ve played. This one has the nicest views and course conditions. I will 100% be going here again!
Great Greens!!!
Great layout with 360 degree views of the Mountains. Course great shape. Cart woman was kind and funny. Great bang for the buck. Only downfall was pace of play and never seeing a ranger on the course to help.
“Baller’z 25th Anniversary”
Well where do I start! Excellent staff, excellent customer service, excellent golf courses! I am a frequent golfer who resides in the Atlanta Ga. area, but I am also the organizer of about 60 golfers who came to play Boulder Creek golf club in the LAs Vegas area, and I speak for all 60 golfers, “it was truly an amazing experience!” My contact person “Sam” was an absolute pleasure to work with and a first class dude! This course just experienced aeration about three weeks ago and the golf course was unbelievably great! The greens could not have been in better condition, the fairways were plush, and the overall view was memorable! The staff friendly group was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs as a group, and made sure we were well taken care of. The weather was perfect and my guys are already asking to come back next year and do it again! Shout out to the Boulder Creek Golf course family! You are truly running a first class organization! Thanks again!
Great course. Bring your putting game
Great course good layout nicely challenging. The green ran quick but true. Definitely, look forward to playing it again. And they do offer rentals.
Great Course--must play!
The course is pristine! An incredible value for the money. The staff could not be any more friendly. Had a 3 o'clock teatime and finished all 18 holes. Piece of play was exceptional. One of my favorites!!
It’s trip
Great golf course! Wish they would overseed so we could come back and play it in January.
Boulder Creek
