Immaculate greens
Second time playing this course, first was in winter this time in the summer, greens were in immaculate condition great course well worth a visit. Our tee off time was around 8 in the morning, didn’t have to wait on any holes which is unusual in the summer months. We were a four ball too. Would definitely recommend to play this course
Great Test
Not played here before but would play again although I would need to be playing better to have another go.
If your struggling that course will tear you apart but if your up to a challenge this is for you.
Course is in great condition and very much value for money.
Nice course
Nice course well kept. Tee boxes are stacked together and hitting over people putting on the green in front off you. Holes are tight and regular balls coming across onto your hole.
Jem of a course
Fab condition despite time of year, greens especially immaculate. Very friendly membership as we chatted to the members Fri roll up.
Hidden gem close to city centre
Had a really enjoyable round. Lovely challenging course. Greens and fairways in great condition. Really interesting and well bunkered holes. Challenging but fair for all levels of golfer. Can't believe it's so close to the city centre. And the staff were so friendly. Will definitely be back.
Wet but wild
Loved the course and it was in great shape. Despite the rain we really enjoyed the course. A share the club house was closed and we could enjoy a drink afterwards. It was 16:30 so we’d hoped it was still open but alas it did not spoil what was a great round of golf.
Decent enough parkland course, but layout hinders pace of play.
The course is interesting enough and in good condition.
However the pace of play was appalling. Extremely slow, largely created by the course layout which has tee boxes over greens and right on top of each other.
Excellent value & excellent condition
Really good condition and greens all in top shape. Will be back again.
Beautiful Setting
Forgotten how pretty this course is, some beautiful holes, especially 16th/17th signature holes. Fairways and greens in excellent condition, really was a picture. Some tricky +400yd par 4's, but lots of variation with couple drivable par 4's if I'd played better! Clubhouse and on-course paths could do with some TLC , but otherwise lovely, will definitely return.
Nice Find in Manchester, UK
This course was a nice find with several challenging wholes. The last five wholes remind you how you were challenged during the first 13.
Given the amount of rain during the previous 36 hours, the course drains well.
Given the opportunity, I will return.
