Garesfield Golf Club

Very nice course in a excellent condition, a little bit hilly with a few greens which cant be seen easily. very good value for money and friendly staff.

It's been about 5 years since I played garesfield. It just keeps getting better and better.

The greens are fantastic and the manicure of the rest of the coarse is great.

Members spoke to use as soon as we pulled up always was a very friendly club.

Just a shame we could not use the 19th not even outside.

Don't miss out on this coarse but remember be fit or hire a buggy you will need it .

Really enjoyed my first ever round at Garesfield.

Each hole offers a different challenge. Loved the 5th wasn’t keen on the 18th. All the rest were decent. Greens were in great condition for the time of year.

Fairly windy on a pleasant day due to being high up.

It was extremely slow but on second day they were re open so to be expected.

Very disappointed to play on winter greens on over half the holes in April!

Played yesterday and the course seemed back to it’s best after having been in poor condition last year. It’s a great course with lots of interesting holes. I find it really tricky but I always enjoy it. I’d definitely recommend.

Nice course , members very friendly.

If you like hilly courses this course is for you. It likes a good elevation change.

Greens where nice and green .

Only issue was been stuck behind 4 people who never offered to let us play through so a 2 person round lasted nearly 4 hours

We played here in December and it was snowing, we both said I bet this is amazing in the sun... we weren't wrong the whole course was outstanding. The greens were amazing. Fairways perfect and the pace of play was perfect. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my round was a bit rusty having not played or practiced for a long time but enjoyed it

After driving past this golf course numerous times I've eventually decided to give it a go!! First game this year after the covid restrictions have been lifted.. pleasantly surprised at the course condition even in these weird times..cracking little course. Not to difficult. A few tricky blind holes but easy on the eye. Friendly staff. Could do with a few more seats about. Especially while waiting on slow players apart from that its spot on.. top marks to the green keepers and staff.. Will be back

First round back after lockdown!

For the money a great course which is well looked after. Testing layout but for the money it can't be beat. Already looking to get back again for another round. Other courses charging more and this is far superior to some of them!

Played this course for the first time. 2 weeks of incessant rain have not helped the course at all. It’s pretty muddy but they’ve still got the majority of normal greens in play.

Quite hilly as you may expect for the area. Was certainly a good work out.

The course was very busy and the weather poor so it was pretty slow but not terrible.

The holes were all challenging and pretty varied.

I can’t wait to come back and try again in the summer.
