Excellent, well kept course. Staff in club shop extremely friendly and helpful.

You might think, as I did, that having two roads to cross and being in a very urban area, you'd not have much in the way of scenic, and not very interesting holes. Wrong. It's a joy. Impeccably kept, and a good challenge with plenty variety. Great course.

First time on Ravensworth golf course was met with a warm welcome in the club shop on my arrival and then played on a course that was in excellent condition fairways and greens .

Definitely be coming back .

From talking to staff in shop to Greenkeepers on courses all very friendly, course really good condition.first time played there but definitely won’t be last .highly recommend this course

Good course quirky layout but pace of play an issue 4+1/2 hours for a round and not allowed to play through is ridiculous.

This is a different type of course set in 3 parts surrounded by urban areas with fantastic views! The course was in good condition despite a delude of rain the night before, 5 temp greens which could of been better with planning for bad weather, but I did like the fact the green keeper only took off the greens necessary unlike my home course of Washington where 1 off all off! Some very challenging holes with unforgiving tee shots, the winter tees some weee badly placed! Overall though a good course with lots of challenging holes and uneven fairways

Very enjoyable round of golf. Course was in very good condition for October. Grass cut down around trees and good sand in the bunkers.

A challenging course with many excellent holes.

Second time playing this course, invited a friend and like me thought it was a great course well set out, challenges on every hole, staff and members extremely friendly and helpful, won’t be long till I return

Played on a relatively calm day, dry 20 degrees.

The course is a bit all over the place, back and forwards across roads, a little bit messy in places like the 14th. The greens were in decent nick, fairways fairly well kempt.

Started with a coffee and bacon sandwich £4.50p, the coffee was just instant, bacon sandwich not bad.

Winter greens are an absolute joke seen better at local park. Very poor signage and extremely wet under foot. Clubhouse and car park very nice. Wouldn't play here again unless after a long spell of dry weather

Although this course is quite flat it has its share of challenging holes, i loved the idea how you walk through country footpaths to go to the next hole its as if its 3 courses in one highly recommended

The course is well kept. greens 1st class fast only found a couple of pitch marks on the hole of my round members take care of greens its hard to score well the 1st time only as there are a few blind shots so next time will be fine long par 3s best views ever.food good fantastic value.

Short but challenging for all levels of golfer. Several blind shots, a number of tight fairways and most greens extremely subtle borrows. Relatively straightforward to make greens in regulation but not easy to hole out!

I have played this course twice in the last few weeks and I have really enjoyed it. I found it a little hilly the first time I played and a little hard to negotiate. However the course and the greens are very well kept and I would recommend that you give it a try.

Played Ravensworth this morning. Sadly it poured down for the first few holes but that didn't put me off. Definately a course you need to either go round with a member for the first round for some advice, or think about your game very carefully. I don't tend to think until After I have got the ball so I was lucky and was joined by a member I met on the putting green. Can't wait to go back, don't be fooled by the seemingly short course. It will bite you if your not careful. A hidden gem I'm pleased I've found.
