It was a great day for me and my two golfing friends. Had a drink and sandwich before play. Could have gone out earlier but never. Found the course in very good condition with a couple of surprise hole. Excellent day out. Definitely going again

Bad manners

The course was in lovely condition, and set out very well. The main issue I have for this review is that the grounds person trimming the grass on the ride on mower, constantly interrupted me on 6 different holes. Rarely stopping to allow me to play and most of the time ignoring me and driving the mower in front of me. He made no attempt allow me to play and did not engage with me.

His constant harassment spoilt my experience and game. He would do well to use manners in future and allow paying customers to play without harassing them.

From start to finish what a great day out we had at romanby golf course the staff were very friendly and the course was in great condition and gorgeous greens then the service in the bar was very friendly from the bar staff thank you guys brilliant 👍👍👍⛳️⛳️

Such a good course for the price, really well looked after and greens were really pure considering quite long cut. Pace of play more down to other players rather than the tee time spacings.
